๐Ÿ„๐Ÿ’จNew Zealand to charge a carbon tax on cattle โ€˜fartโ€™

In New Zealand, if a cow or sheep emits gases, such as a burp or a fart, this can generate a hefty tax bill for the owner.

The government is working to create a carbon pricing structure reflecting cattle emissionsโ€™ environmental impact.

The carbon tax in New Zealand applies only to dairy farms. Companies used to raise cattle for meat production, and other farms will not be charged.

Farmers are worried about how the new tax will affect small communities.
In a post on Twitter, the farmers' federation said:

โ€œGovernment farm emissions plan โ€“ say goodbye to small towns in New Zealand.โ€

Pre-K teacher attacks idea of 'childhood innocence,' claims toddlers not too young for 'sexuality' discussion

A pre-kindergarten teacher and early childhood professor claimed that early childhood teachers should introduce children to gender ideology at the youngest ages.

William "Willy" Villalpando works at Santa Ana College in California where he teaches early child development. He also indicated on his Instagram that he is a pre-kindergarten educator.

โ–ช๏ธVillalpando called the idea of "childhood innocence" an example of "mythology."

โ–ช๏ธHe also attacked the idea that children shouldn't be exposed to "sexuality," claiming that "such a view is a very white, Christian, upper-class, cis-gendered, and hetero-centric."

Scientists want to replace female with 'egg-producing'

Woke scientists have called for the terms male and female to be replaced with 'sperm-producing' and 'egg-producing' or 'XY/XX individual,' to avoid reinforcing 'societally-imposed ideas of a sex binary.'

Even the terms mother, father and fitness are in the firing line.

Some members of the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Language Project, founded by scientists in the US and Canada, wrote that 'much of western science is rooted in colonialism, white supremacy and patriarchy' which 'continue to permeate our scientific culture'.

Anything can become "rooted in white supremacy and patriarchy," if you just put your mind to it๐Ÿคจ

Students at a Milford, New Hampshire school stage a walkout after the school board bans urinals in school bathrooms

Dozens of students walked out of their New Hampshire school after the district banned urinals in a compromise to a proposal that would have blocked children from using facilities based on their gender identity.

The school board decided a few days before the Friday walkout to prohibit students at Milford Middle School and Milford High School from using urinals or shared spaces in locker rooms.

U.S. education is in decline

๐Ÿ”นnot a single student can read at grade level in 30 schools
๐Ÿ”นnot a single student can do math at grade level in 53 schools
๐Ÿ”นonly 1 out of 10 kids or less can read at grade level in 622 schools
๐Ÿ”นonly 1 out of 10 kids or less can do math at grade level in 930 schools

This should be a wake-up call.

๐Ÿš‚ ๐Ÿ’งThis oily-sheen is made of a film of a rod-shaped bacteria called Leptothrix discophora. The bacteria oxidize dissolved iron and manganese for energy and secrete proteins and carbohydrates.

Often these sheens have an iridescent or rainbowโ€like
appearance similar to what one sees when a small amount of oil, gasoline or other petroleum product is spilled on water.  In some cases, a reddish precipitate can be seen also in the water where these sheens occur.

https://www.pca.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/c-er4-07.pdf

A chlorine spill into a body of water would most likely kill the iron oxidizing bacteria producing the non-petroleum rainbow sheen. Chlorine is also used in tap water to remove this bacteria in the first place.

๐ŸŽˆUFO shot down by $400K US missile may have been a $12 hobby balloon

The Northern Illinois Bottlecap Balloon Brigade fears one of its diligently-tracked gasbags that recently went missing was mistaken as the mystery object taken out by the military over Canada on Feb. 12.

The Pico Balloon โ€” a silver-coated, cylindrically shaped object โ€” reported its last position at 38,910 ft. off the west coast of Alaska on Friday, Feb. 10.

๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆBy Saturday, based on the balloonโ€™s projected path, it would have been over the central part of the Yukon Territory around the same time a military Lockheed Martin F-22 shot down an unidentified object of a similar description and altitude in the same Canadian vicinity.

Each missile used to shoot down unidentified objects costs about $400,000.
