Zelony-Mindell has been communicating with two undercover FBI agent, posing as homosexuals. After Zelony-Mindell repeatedly and graphically stated his desire to sexually abuse children, the agents prepared a trap for him. They proposed to arrange 'a meeting' between Zelony-Mindell and a 9-year-old child. After Zelony-Mindell agreed, he was arrested.
Zelony-Mindell is known for being an artist and LGBTQ+ activist. His book was praised in January 2022 Vogue article which appears to have been hastily deleted following the announcement of his charges.

Swedish health authorities have officially broken ranks with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) with the announcement that gender clinics will no longer be attempting to perform experimental sex changes on under-18s but will instead offer "psychological support to help youth live with the healthy body they were born with."
According to an article published in the Swedish medical journal "Läkartidningen", new guidelines will be published before the end of the year advising against puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgery for under 18s.

The Marine Corps has been advised that its drill instructors should no longer be referred to by gendered terms like "ma'am" or "sir"
The recommendation came in a recently completed academic report from the University of Pittsburgh.
"The Army, Navy, and Coast Guard effectively de-emphasize gender in an integrated environment," the report says. "Instead of saying ‘ma'am' or ‘sir,' recruits in these Services refer to their drill instructors using their ranks or roles followed by their last names."
The recommendation came in a recently completed academic report from the University of Pittsburgh.

🇪🇸Spain gets ready to pass the Gender identity bill that will allow to change sex in official documents based on self-declaration
Spain's parliament on Thursday passed a bill that allows anyone 16 and over to change the gender on their ID card without the need for psychological or medical evaluation.
Prior to that, adults in Spain were required to undergo a medical examination on gender dysphoria and to have proof of hormonal treatment for two years in order to request a change in gender identity on official documents.
The bill still needs to pass the Senate. If it passes, it will become law within weeks.

Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried will be released on $250 million bail
Earlier Bankman-Fried claimed he lost all but $100,000 following the collapse of FTX.
Where's the money from, you ask? Joseph Bankman and Barbara Fried agreed to secure the $250 million bond using their equity in the home that their son had bought them before the FTX collapsed.
Bankman-Fried could spend as much as 115 years behind bars in the United States if he is convicted on all counts, which include conspiracy to commit commodities fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Earlier Bankman-Fried claimed he lost all but $100,000 following the collapse of FTX.

California is cutting solar panel subsidies because it says the funds are helping too many rich people
Starting in April 2023, the state commission will slash the money that Californians receive for generating extra electricity with their solar installations by roughly 75%.
The regulators stated that the previous rule, which paid solar users full retail electricity price for excess power, primarily benefitted the wealthy and hurt low-income and "disadvantaged" residents as they are less likely to own solar panels.

And the third starts:
