Two pro-life activists have been accused of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act
Pro-life activists Edmee Chavannes and Bevelyn Williams are charged for protesting in front of the abortion clinics and blocking access to clinics in multiple states over the years. The sentence for violating FACE Act is up to 5 years in prison.
However, when it comes to 'pro-choice' activists, Department of Justice is not so fast to press charges.
Not a single arrest has been made in the more than a dozen attacks on pro-life organizations across the country claimed by left-wing pro-abortion group Jane’s Revenge.
Jane’s Revenge has claimed responsibility for at least 18 arson and vandalism attacks on crisis pregnancy centers (CPCs) and other faith-based organizations throughout the U.S. since the May 2 leak of the Supreme Court draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which overturned Roe v. Wade.

Four female athletes who sued over a Connecticut transgender sports policy lost their case in federal court
Connecticut’s high school sports authority’s policy allows transgender students to compete on girls’ teams. This disadvantages female athletes and has caused them to lose out on opportunities and awards.
Female athletes had asked the court for an injunction to erase the victories of two biological male transgender athletes, who broke 17 girls’ track records and snagged 15 women’s state track championship titles.
The judges dismissed the case.
However, a growing number of states are stepping up to protect women’s athletics: at least 18 states now have banned biological males from competing on girls and women’s sports teams.
Connecticut’s high school sports authority’s policy allows transgender students to compete on girls’ teams. This disadvantages female athletes and has caused them to lose out on opportunities and awards.

An Ohio teacher was forced to quit her job for not using students’ new gender identity pronouns
Vivian Geraghty, 24, has filed a lawsuit against Jackson Memorial Middle School south of Columbus for violating her right to free speech and to practice her Christian religion.
The problem started when two students asked Geraghty to use new names and pronouns that align "with their new gender identities".
When Geraghty went to principal, she was told to "put her beliefs aside as a public servant." After refusing to do so, Vivian was forced to write a letter of resignation.

Stanford University published an index of 'harmful language' it plans to eliminate 'many forms of harmful language.'
Among the words is the term 'American.' People are instead asked to use 'U.S. Citizen' because 'American' typically refers to "people from the United States only, thereby insinuating that the US is the most important country in the Americas."
Also, in the gender-based section, the index says 'pronouns' should be used instead of 'preferred pronouns' because 'preferred' suggests "non-binary gender identity is a choice and a preference."

According to an article published in the Swedish medical journal "Läkartidningen", new guidelines will be published before the end of the year advising against puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgery for under 18s.
