When patterning our fursuit heads, we like to use cling wrap before adding the duct tape on. It helps keep the foam from getting damaged by the tape! We felt this was a big upgrade from our old masking tape method.

It's hard not to feel impostor syndrome when you first lay the fur on top of the fursuit head base. But then when it starts to get glued down, you realize that everything's going to be okay!

Appliqueing paw pads was something I started doing years ago back when I finally figured out how to use a sewing machine, and I've never gone back since.

Sewing the mouth lining for suits is tedious, but it always feels so rewarding seeing everything sewn together. I used to glue it to the fur back in the day and although there's nothing wrong with that method, it didn't work for me. I'm glad I made the change!
