Fireblocks has partnered with the TON Foundation to implement token support on the TON blockchain, thereby deepening its integration.

Today, Telegram Mini Apps 2.0 was announced, introduced as the largest update to mini-apps.

Key Updates:
- Fullscreen Mode: Mini-apps can now utilize the entire screen, unlocking new possibilities for various game genres and interfaces.

- Device Motion Tracking: Enables unique game control mechanisms and immersive VR experiences through the use of accelerometer.

- Quick Access Shortcuts: Users can now add shortcuts to individual mini-apps directly on their home screen for instant access to favorite games and services.

- Location Sharing: Mini-apps can access users’ location, paving the way for location-based games and interactive maps (think Pokémon Go).

- Rewards and Media Sharing: Mini-apps can grant Star gifts to their users for achievements and emoji statuses for Telegram Premium users. New media sharing features allow for sending referral codes and memes from within apps, as well as create documents and files for download.

The Fragment platform now requires verification. In order to purchase anonymous numbers, usernames, and Telegram Stars, users must complete verification through Sumsub. That's same service, by the way, that is used for verification in Wallet.

The need for KYC may be due to the platform's expansion into the US or the upcoming conversion of limited-edition gifts into NFTs and the emergence of a secondary market on Fragment.

Telegram, before starting the active sale of gifts globally, must comply with anti-money laundering measures.
