To prepare for migration:

2️⃣. Access your Online+ wallet or create a new one.
3️⃣. Back up your recovery codes to ensure secure access to your wallet.
4️⃣. Tap on Receive, select ICE (not ION) from the listed coins, and choose BSC as the network from the pop-up list.
5️⃣. Copy your ICE (BSC) address, head to the external wallet where you hold your ICE coins, and opt for crypto withdrawal.
6️⃣. Paste your Online+ address into the “wallet address” field on the withdrawal screen of your external wallet and select BSC as the network. We recommend that you transfer all your ICE holdings once you’ve tested the process with a small amount.
7️⃣. Confirm the transaction to move your ICE coins into your Online+ wallet ahead of December 17.
You will be able to migrate on and after December 17, but moving your ICE early ensures the smoothest possible experience when the ICE → ION bridge goes live, and avoids potential congestion during peak hours.
*WHAT HAPPENS ON DECEMBER 17*
When the ICE → ION migration bridge activates:
1️⃣. Tap on Swap in your Online+ wallet, and select ICE from your holdings.
2️⃣. Enter the max amount of ICE coins, choose ION as the network, and confirm the transaction.
3️⃣. Your ICE coins will be converted to ION 1:1.
4️⃣. Your new ION holdings will live directly in the Online+ wallet.
From there, you can immediately explore Tokenized Communities, upcoming monetization features, and the growing Online+ ecosystem.
ION trading will open shortly after the migration, and we’re coordinating the timing to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible for all holders.
