Greetings! This is Vitaliy, the head of the YLEYLABS team and the creator of the domain marketplace @webdom.

@webdom is the first marketplace specializing in providing domain sales services. We do not deal with NFT sales. The basic functionality planned for release in the first version of the platform includes:

- Selling domains at a fixed price
- Urgent sales: when a user needs to sell a domain quickly, they list it for 24 hours and collect offers. After the period ends, the seller can either accept the best offer or decline the sale.
- Classic auctions

One of the key features of the marketplace is the opportunity to become a co-owner by investing in its development and purchasing marketplace NFTs. Holders of these NFTs will have access to a range of benefits:

- Reduced transaction fees
- Extended statistics

- Conversion of domain values to fiat currency
- Use of bots to participate in auctions
- Raising the domain in search results
-
Minting non-existent domains directly from the platform

The next step is to implement the functionality for minting third-level domains. This will allow owners of attractive domains to sell subdomains of the third level based on them. These subdomains will be fully functional domains with all the necessary attributes, not just URLs on an existing portal. For example, if you own the domain example.com, you will be able to sell addresses like shop.example.com or blog.example.com to other users through our marketplace.

Thank you for your attention and support.

Best regards, Vitaliy.

How did the Godfather of Web 1.0's dreams come true?

🌐 Let's travel back to the early '90s when mobile phones were the size of bricks and the internet seemed like something out of science fiction. In 1989, British scientist Tim Berners-Lee invented the "World Wide Web" to make it easier for his colleagues to share information. In 1991, he launched the first website β€” a simple page with text and links, no banners, videos, or likes. Everything was as simple and clear as memes about "British scientists".

πŸ€” Just think about how the world has changed since then! Remember how modems crackled and hissed when connecting, and the download speed was so slow you could make coffee while waiting. The first website was a breakthrough, allowing people to publish and find information without intermediaries. It was a time when every site was like a new book in a giant library, and every new user could become a pioneer in this digital wild west.

πŸ”¬ The first version of the internet was simple and primitive, but its significance is undeniable. It was the foundation upon which the entire internet was built. Without it, there would be no social networks, online stores, or endless streams of memes. Web1.0 showed that the internet could be not only a source of information but also a means of communication, sharing dickpics ideas, and creating communities. We live in a world that Tim could only dream of, and today those dreams have become reality, changing our perception of the world and opening up limitless possibilities for future generations.

What was your first website, and what interesting things did you find there? ; - )

How .com Became the King of the Internet

🌐 In 1985, Symbolics, Inc. registered its first .com domain. Back then, no one could have imagined that this domain would become synonymous with the word "internet" within a few years. At that time, the internet was such a new phenomenon that it resembled the first steps of a baby β€” clumsy but full of potential. However, the attitude towards this "baby" was like the attitude towards the Aibo robotic dog today β€” something trendy and fleeting.

πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ The .com domain was created for commercial organizations and soon became a symbol of success. In the 90s, during the dot-com boom, everyone wanted their own .com domain. Imagine if Michael Jackson suddenly appeared and said he couldn’t return to the planet Nibiru until he played his last concert β€” .com domains were on that level of significance and desirability.

πŸ“ˆ Years passed, and along with them, .com became the foundation for online business. Today, there are over 150 million .com domains β€” it’s as if every second resident of the United States had a domain. Back then it was .com, now it’s .ton, and while we’re not hinting at anything, history shows that it’s cyclical...

If you could turn back time, which domain would you register first?

TON Security Insights: How to Protect Your Assets?

πŸ” Security in the TON blockchain is not just a buzzword; it's the foundation of the entire ecosystem. The main principles of security include decentralization, cryptography, and transparency. Imagine this: the TON blockchain is like a bank, but instead of guards and armored doors, we have complex mathematical algorithms protecting your data. Many might think it's complicated, but it's really no more challenging than explaining how to use a smartphone to your grandma.

🎳 The importance of protecting your Telegram accounts within the TON ecosystem cannot be overstated. Your Telegram account is your key to your blockchain wallet, and like any key, it needs to be safeguarded carefully. Use two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security. Think of it as a second lock on your front doorβ€”one lock is good, but two are even better.

πŸ˜‘ The biggest threats are phishing and social engineering. Scammers try to trick you by pretending to be official representatives or friends. Remember: never click on suspicious links and don't share your personal information with strangers. And keep in mind, if an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. As Jordan Belfort said, "Security is not a luxury, but a necessity."

Do you have any funny stories related to phishing or social engineering?

Hello! This is Domainer, the founder of the project, here again. Today, I want to talk about the creation of $WEB3 and its tokenomics, as well as share the story of our project's development.

Our club and news channel started on September 4, 2023, and the private chat was created on October 25, 2023. Thanks to this chat, we were able to create an even closer and more active community. Three months after its opening, anticipating a token frenzy, we decided to create our own utility token, $WEB3 πŸ‘† It was launched on January 24, 2024, ahead of most popular tokens.

While many projects were still not on the market, we conducted a private sale of our token. The tokens were sold to people who believed in our project, and we raised $10,000. About 90% of participants are still holding their tokens! During the pre-sale, which was open to everyone, we raised $1,900, even though the token price was three times higher ($0.03) than during the private sale ($0.01).

After analyzing the market and other blockchains, particularly Solana, we created a sustainable deflationary token model:

⏺ We revoked ownership rights, making the token independent (creating new tokens and changing the token's logo and description are impossible)
⏺ We locked liquidity until January 24, 2333, through TonRaffles on DeDust.io (2530 TON&124700 WEB3) and STON.fi (5200 TON and 16450 WEB3)
⏺ 48% β€” allocated for providing liquidity on DEX and CEX, as well as rewards for farming and staking the token
⏺ 20% β€” for marketing
⏺ 20% β€” for airdrops and community rewards.
⏺ 10% β€” for team salaries

Tokens are distributed into separate wallets for each category, and all transactions come with a comment on their purpose, making our project as transparent as possible. You can check our wallets here.

To maintain the token's value, we have planned regular burns πŸ”₯ The first burn amounted to 10% of the total supply. 15% of revenue from advertising and subscriptions, as well as 15% of profits from NFT sales, will be used to buy back and burn tokens.

We also have the same utility NFTs. Owners already receive monthly rewards of 30 $WEB3. There will be a total of 3000 NFTs, and the next sale will be after the release of the domain marketplace @webdom. It's important to understand that the value of NFTs will only increase. Rewards for contributing to the pool on DeDust.io and STON.fi will continue, but not as extensively as now, to minimize the impact on the price.

Thank you for your support ❀️ Together we are building the future of WEB3!

Greetings! This is Vitaly, the leader of the YLEYLABS team and the creator of the domain marketplace @webdom.

As Plato once said, "The beginning is the most important part of the work."

πŸš€ Looking at the current state of TON DNS CLUB, it's amazing how it has grown so much in such a short time. The main driving force behind this development is, of course, Domainer. I deeply admire his unique communication skills, which have brought together so many people, as well as his traits of self-control and discipline. He says it and does it πŸ‘ And the key thing he always knew: to gather like-minded people, you need to give, not take.

🌐 Over the past eight months, we have gone from organizing a Private Chat to a private sale, a pre-sale, various listings, and other implementations that have been surprisingly engaging. During this process, the idea of creating a domain marketplace @webdom - was born. With 18 years of experience and over 200 completed projects in WEB2, it seemed interesting to implement a project in WEB3. It’s a sort of professional challenge, a new stage of creative realization, where you are eager to dive into the unknown.

❀️ Under the name YLEYLABS, we decided to start developing the marketplace. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the NFT TON DNS CLUB owners for their trust and support, which inspire us to achieve great things. After approving the technical specifications, we thought we could handle it in three months! But it wasn’t that simple! Interacting with the TON blockchain turned out to be more challenging than initially thought. And then the scenario: "We are not used to giving up!" kicked in. We conquered it! The basic functionality is already working!

In the coming days, we will start alpha testing on external servers. Access to testing will be through a whitelist of wallets πŸ‘† After completing the testing of the basic functionality, we will begin developing unique mechanics. If you have any suggestions for the functionality of the domain marketplace, please send them to @yleylabs.

Thank you for your attention and support! Best regards, Vitaly.

Why "The Matrix" and what problems did Mr. Anderson face?

πŸͺ„ Even before filming, this choice was accompanied by numerous life signs and coincidences. During filming, they multiplied, and sometimes it felt like the Oracle might show up to debate fate. Stepping out of the "Matrix" and back to reality, it's clear the philosophy of the movie mirrors the fight of Neo and Morpheus against the agents and centralization, just like Web3 battles Web2 for that ultimate freedom.

😀 Looking back, it's funny to remember how I scheduled two weeks for unexpected delays. Taking the red pill and returning to reality, my dreams of such a short timeline shattered along with me when I crashed into a car while rushing to the filming location on a scooter instead of a taxi. The disappointment wasn’t about the delayed filming, but rather that I couldn't live out my dream of a real fight scene with an agent. Not because I'm a masochist, but because, inspired by Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, it was a childhood dream to pull off such a scene. Sadly, no 😣 Instead, a couple of actors did it for me: "Agent Smith" split his knuckles in a fit of expression, and "Agent Brown" injured his spine during a fall. But that was just the first hint of trouble.

πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« Besides the physical pain, I never imagined the actor playing Morpheus would cause even more psychological pain for me and the crew. The first actor couldn't memorize his lines because Russian wasn't his native language. On the day of filming, his phone got locked, and he couldn't escape his classes, claiming it was impossible, then flew to St. Petersburg two days laterπŸ˜„ The second actor simply didn't care about his role. He couldn't learn his lines and stretched the filming of two scenes over a whole month. You should have seen the crew's faces when he messed up for the thousandth time, ignoring all directions. To say we were shocked is an understatement. Our cameraman, with 12 years of experience, said he had never seen anything like it.

Well, we finally shot all the scenes, and Web3 got even closer... πŸ’Š
