🔸Court Allows Most SEC Claims to Proceed in Binance Suit

🟠Binance faces a tough battle as a U.S. court allows most claims by the SEC to proceed. Claims related to Binance’s staking program, BNB sales after its ICO, and anti-fraud violations will move forward. Judge Amy Berman Jackson also upheld claims against former CEO Changpeng "CZ" Zhao and Binance's obligation to register under the Exchange Act.

📈However, the SEC faced a setback as claims related to BNB secondary market sales and all sales of the Binance USD (BUSD) stablecoin were dismissed. This decision drew on a previous ruling in the SEC’s case against Ripple.
