⚡️ According to the president of ETF Store, a decision on the spot Ethereum-ETF from the SEC could come this week.

In order to launch the Ethereum-ETF, the SEC must approve Form 19b-4, which deals with changes to trading rules, and then review Form S-1, which is the registration statement.

Nate Geraci notes that it's possible the SEC will approve the 19b-4 but then slow down the S-1 review process.
