Bali Fruitarian's All-Fruit Diet Goes Viral, Sparking Online Debate

A man from Bali, named Jeff, has gone viral for sharing a day in his life as a "fruitarian," eating only fruits and uncooked food. His video, "What I Eat in a Day as a Fruitarian," has over 5 million views, sparking debates online. While some viewers think he's living the dream, others worry about missing nutrients.

In the video, Jeff starts his day with a fresh coconut for breakfast, followed by a workout. He then enjoys two big red dragon fruits. For lunch, he drinks a green juice with celery, pineapple, ginger, and lime, and for dinner, he has a big salad with avocado, peppers, and cucumber noodles.

Jeff jokes about people questioning his diet, asking, "Do I need meat?" Comments range from supportive to skeptical, with some joking he looks like he's about to pass out, while others cheer him on for his commitment.

What do you think? Is Jeff’s fruit-only diet inspiring, or does it need more balance?
