HOW TO REINSTALL TMWHATSAPP WITHOUT LOSING YOUR CHATS:
1. First make sure that you have backed up your chats in the app settings.
2. Open your phone internal storage and look for a folder called "Android".
3. Open the Android folder and look for another folder called "media".
4. Open the media folder and look for a folder called "com.universe.messenger"
5. Now rename that folder to "com.universe.messenger1" like you can see in the image above.
6. After that, you can now go ahead and uninstall your TMWhatsApp. (Don't allow to keep app data when uninstalling)
NOTE: To restore all your chats and settings first go back to your phone internal storage and rename the "com.universe.messenger1" folder back to "com.universe.messenger" then install TMWhatsApp. On the welcome page select "Restore backup" like you see in the image above and all data will be restored. But please follow these instructions very carefully.
