We are thrilled to announce the launch of a new project that aims to showcase the dedicated individuals behind the establishment of new higher educational institution in Uzbekistan. Today, we are delighted to introduce the esteemed president of Tashkent Metropolitan University Bekhzod Djalilov. He is also one of the founders of TMU.
Bekhzod Djalilov holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the International Westminster University in Tashkent, where he honed his expertise in the field. His educational journey has equipped him with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead our university towards excellence.
From 2011 to 2016, Bekhzod worked in various capacities at the International Westminster University in Tashkent and its lyceum. During this time, he contributed significantly to the institution’s growth and development, gaining valuable experience in the academic sphere.
Continuing his pursuit of academic excellence, Bekhzod worked for Inha University in Tashkent from 2016 to 2018. Here, he actively participated in academic and admission processes, further enriching his understanding of the higher education landscape.
In 2018-2019, Bekhzod took on the role of Deputy Director at AKFA Medline Medical Center, where he played a vital role in the establishment of AKFA University (now Central Asian University). Subsequently, from 2019 to 2023, he served as the esteemed President of AKFA University, successfully leading the institution toward remarkable achievements.
With a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to education, Bekhzod Djalilov, together with his dedicated partners, embarked on the mission of establishing the TMU. Their shared vision and relentless efforts aim to create a dynamic and innovative learning environment for students.

We proudly introduce Abduvali Abdumavlanov, a dynamic individual who has made remarkable contributions in various fields. With diverse experiences and unwavering dedication, Abduvali has carved a path to success. As one of the founders of Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU), we are honored to have him on our team.
Abduvali began his educational journey at the International Westminster University in Tashkent, where he obtained his bachelor's degree in international commercial law from 2008 to 2012. Seeking further knowledge, he pursued a master's degree in public administration at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2015 to 2017.
Throughout his career, Abduvali has showcased exceptional skills and strong leadership abilities.
Abduvali's passion for economic reforms and upholding the rights of business entities led him to serve as an Inspector at the Office for the Protection of Rights and Legal Interests of Business Entities. His outstanding leadership skills propelled him to become the head of the coordination team in a remarkably short period.
He played an active role in the creation of the Entrepreneurship Code of Uzbekistan, authored and developed more than 10 legal acts on the protection of business rights, and spearheaded the project on the creation of the "Yagona Davlat Nazorati" electronic system.
Through his dedication, Abduvali has fostered a fair and conducive environment for business growth in Uzbekistan, earning him the special title of 1st Class Degree Lawyer from the Minister of Justice in 2022.
Currently, Abduvali serves as the Director of the Department of Foreign Economic Cooperation, Investment, and Innovations at Uzavtosanoat, where he continues to drive innovation and promote economic cooperation.

We are excited to introduce Samariddin Shamsiev, one of the founders of Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU), who brings a wealth of experience in the education sector. His extensive background in law and education has shaped his impressive career journey.
Samariddin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Commercial Law from Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT). Building on his strong foundation, he pursued a Master of Laws degree in European and International Law, specializing in European Financial Law, from the renowned Europa-Institut, University of Saarland in Germany.
Continuously committed to professional growth, Samariddin has participated in various training programs in Germany, the UK, the US, Luxembourg, and Uzbekistan. Notably, he engaged in the Summer School on Cyber Law at the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Russia and completed a Course on Introduction to Financial Law and Regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
Throughout his career, Samariddin has worked with organizations such as the Asian Development Bank, Avent Advokat, WIUT, Uz-Kor Gas Chemical, Inha University in Tashkent, the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, AKFA University, and White And Case. Currently, he serves as the managing partner at Sab Capital Advisory.
Samariddin's profound experience in the educational sphere is evident through his previous roles at WIUT and Inha University in Tashkent. Furthermore, he has played a pivotal role in the establishment of notable universities such as Akfa University and New Uzbekistan University. Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU) Toshkent shahridagi umumtaʼlim maktablarining 10 va 11-sinf oʻquvchilari uchun yangi “Part-time Student Program” (PSP) ochganini eʼlon qiladi.
Toshkent shahridagi umumtaʼlim maktablarining 10 va 11-sinf oʻquvchilari PSP dasturiga kirishlari mumkin. Dasturga qabul qilingan tinglovchilar maktab va universitetda bir vaqtda tahsil oladilar. Yaʼni kunning birinchi yarmida oʻquvchi umumtaʼlim maktabida taʼlim oladi, kunning ikkinchi yarmida esa Tashkent Metropolitan Universityda universitet oʻquv dasturiga muvofiq bilim oladi.
Dasturda faqat Toshkent shahridan maktab oʻquvchilari qatnashishi mumkin.
Dastur talablarini bajargandan soʻng, bitiruvchilar universitetning tegishli fakultetining ikkinchi kursiga oʻqishga qabul qilinadi.
Dastur bitiruvchilariga qoʻyiladigan talablar:
➡️ Oʻqishning butun kursini yakunlash;
➡️ 2 semestrdan koʻp boʻlmagan muddatda kamida 1,0 oʻrtacha ball olish;

2️⃣ Nomzodlar ingliz tilini kamida Pre-Intermediate darajasiga ega boʻlishi kerak.
3️⃣ 2023-yilning 18 sentabr kuni boʻlib oʻtadigan PSP kirish imtihonidan oʻting. Har bir abituriyent tanlagan fakultetga muvofiq matematika va/yoki ingliz tilidan (ingliz tilidan testlar) kirish imtihonini topshirishi kerak.
Minimal oʻtish balli — 50.
💰PSP dasturida bir yillik oʻqish narxi 20 million soʻmni tashkil qiladi.
Dastur grantlarni taqdim etmaydi.

Tashkent Metropolitan University (TMU) is opening a new Part-Time Student Program (PSP) for students in grades 10 and 11 of secondary schools in Tashkent.
Student, studying in grades 10 and 11 of secondary schools in Tashkent can enter the PSP program. Applicants will study at the same time at school and university. That is, in the first half of the day, the student will study at a general school, and in the afternoon they will receive knowledge at Tashkent Metropolitan University in accordance with the university curriculum.
Only schoolchildren from Tashkent can take part in the program.
Upon fulfilling the requirements of the program, graduates will be admitted to the second year of the corresponding department of the university.
Requirements for graduates of the program:
➡️ Complete the entire course of study;
➡️ Obtain an average score of at least 1.0 within no more than 2 semesters;
➡️ Successfully pass the final exam.
Students who successfully complete the PSP program will have the opportunity to continue their studies in one of the following faculties:
➡️ Management
➡️ Accounting and finance
➡️ International Business
➡️ Economy
➡️ Computer engineering
➡️ English language
➡️ Elementary education
Minimum requirements for admission to the PSP program:
1️⃣ Applicants may apply for admission to PSP if they have completed 9th or 10th grade.
2️⃣ Applicants must have at least a Pre-Intermediate level of English.
3️⃣ Pass the PSP entrance exam, which will take place on 18 September 2023. Each applicant must pass an entrance examination in mathematics and/or English (tests in English) in accordance with the chosen department.
The minimum passing score is 50.
💰The tuition fee for one academic year in the PSP program is 20 million soums.
The program does not provide scholarships.

Минимальные требования для поступления в программу PSP:
1️⃣ Кандидаты могут подать заявление на поступление в PSP, если они окончили 9-й или 10-й классы школы.
2️⃣ Кандидаты должны иметь уровень английского языка как минимум Pre-Intermediate.
3️⃣ Сдать вступительный экзамен PSP, который пройдет 18 сентября 2023 года. Каждый абитуриент должен сдать вступительный экзамен по математике и/или английскому языку (тесты на английском языке) в соответствии с выбранным факультетом.
Минимальный проходной балл – 50.
💰Стоимость годичного обучения в программе PSP – 20 млн сумов.
Программа не предусматривает предоставления грантов.
