Among the invited guests were: Justin Sun (founder of TRON), Kane Warwick (Synthetix), Nikita Anufriev (former marketing director of Hamster Kombat), Lamar Odom (former NBA player), Bill Zanker (Trump's NFT partner), Rudy Rong (MemeCore) and others.
Before the dinner, Trump made a statement.:
"The US dominates cryptocurrency and bitcoin, and we're going to keep it that way."
At the event itself, the president did not make loud statements, but called Biden "bad for the crypto industry" and repeated that the United States should remain the "crypto capital of the world." The guests were given branded caps and plaques with the inscription Fight Fight Fight.
About a hundred protesters gathered near the golf club with placards "Stop crypto corruption" - the action was held against the politicization of cryptocurrencies.
According to media reports, 43% of the dinner participants are in the red due to investments in the TRUMP token, with a cumulative loss of almost $9 million.
