Best Telegram bots for TV series? (Not movies)
Does anyone have a good Telegram bot for searching and downloading TV series?I’m looking for something specifically for shows/series, not just movies. Most of the ones I find are either dead or only have films. If you have any working ones that make it easy to find episodes and download them, please let me know. Thanks!

Awesome Telegram Bots — a curated list of libraries, tools, frameworks, and bots (updated for 2026)
Hey everyone,I put together an awesome list for the Telegram Bot ecosystem — libraries, SDKs, frameworks, hosting options, Mini Apps resources, community bots, andmore. The old community lists haven't been updated since ~2020 and are missing a lot — Bot API 8.0+, Mini Apps, grammY, aiogram 3.x, Telegram Stars, TONConnect, serverless deployment options, etc. This is meant to be the actively maintained replacement. What's covered:- Libraries & SDKs for 12+ languages (Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, PHP, Kotlin, C#, Ruby, and more)- Frameworks & boilerplates (serverless on AWS/Vercel/Cloudflare Workers)- Mini Apps / Web Apps resources- Hosting & deployment options (free tiers included)- Payments & commerce (Stripe, Stars, TON)- Notable bots (media, group management, AI/LLM, utilities)- Developer tools, tutorials, and community linksGitHub: https://github.com/erkcet/awesome-telegram-botsContributions are welcome — if your favorite library or bot is missing, feel free to open a PR.

GDRP with Telegram bots
One thing that concerns me the most, is if the authors of Telegram Bots follow GDRP rules. I asked a developer to remove all of my information from their servers, but the explicitly refused to do so. So I am wondering, if someone had a successful case regarding this? Some bots never ask a consent to send ads and send messages any time they want to, this is extremely annoying. Also, there is no option to stop the bot without adding it to the ban list. Sometimes I just want to use the bot once and never had it traces again. Is there any way to complain directly to Telegram and get a reasonable answer?

Showoff/Discussion: Moving past basic menu bots to full "Conversational Bridges"
Hey guys,I've been building custom Telegram bots for a while, and I feel like the standard "press 1 for this, press 2 for that" inline keyboard bots are starting to feel a bit outdated for serious businesses.I've pivoted my agency to focus almost entirely on conversational AI "Bot Bridges" that actually guide a user through a sales funnel natively inside Telegram. It handles dynamic FAQs, lead qualification, and hands off to a human only when necessary. It's completely changed how my clients view Telegram (from a basic notification tool to an actual revenue driver). For those building bots for clients right now, are you seeing more demand for simple utility bots, or complex conversational/AI integrations? Happy to talk shop or share some workflow tips if anyone is trying to build more advanced funnels!

How to manage multiple Telegram accounts for 2-way messaging without getting flagged? | 2026 Marketing Guide
I’ve spent the last three weeks burning through proxies and old SIM cards trying to figure out which of my lead lists actually have Telegram accounts. Honestly, the manual "add-to-contacts" method is a total nightmare and a quick way to get your API hash flagged in minutes. If you’re doing any kind of cold outreach, you know that 70% of raw phone data is usually dead weight or landlines. I was losing a ton of money on SMS verification codes and useless marketing spend because I didn't have a clean way to verify account status at scale. After testing a few sketchy scripts from GitHub that didn't work, I stumbled upon a workflow using TNTwuyou for bulk data screening. It’s basically a high-speed validator that cross-references your MSISDN lists against the Telegram internal database to flag active "Last Seen" timestamps. The technical logic here is different from regular scraping; it uses a multi-threaded API protocol to check the user status without actually triggering a notification on the target's phone. This is huge because it keeps your main account's reputation score intact while cleaning up your CSV files.I managed to filter a list of 50k global numbers in about an hour, and the accuracy rate for "active in last 24 hours" was surprisingly high. For anyone looking for legitimate data acquisition or user filtering services, focusing on the "Active" status rather than just "Registered" is the real move for 2026.Using TNTwuyou essentially saved my campaign's ROI because I stopped wasting resources on ghost accounts. It’s not just about getting more numbers, it’s about the surgical precision of knowing exactly who is actually checking their messages before you even hit send. The data filtering scene is getting tougher with TG's new privacy updates, but this specific layer of lead validation still seems to be the most efficient path for now.Has anyone else noticed a massive drop-in delivery rates when using raw, un-filtered scraped lists lately?

Sending picture with EXIF
Hey, I've got a business case when a technician sends pictures to our back office via Telegram and we need EXIF details including coordinates of the pictures.I've tried sending them as file attachments, but telegram still strips all the data.
Is there a way to prevent that?

I built a bot that clips videos from YouTube, Twitch, TikTok and more — directly in Telegram
Hey everyone! I've been working on SnipRelay (@SnipRelayBot) — a bot that lets you clip, trim, and share video segments without leaving Telegram. The problem it solves: Someone drops a YouTube link in a group chat and says "watch at 2:15." Instead of everyone opening the link and scrubbing to that timestamp, you just clip it and the video appears right in the chat. How it works:/snip https://youtube.com/watch?v=example 2:15 2:45That's it. The bot downloads just that segment, processes it, and sends the MP4 back to the chat.Other commands:/snipmute — video without audio/snipaudio — extract audio only (MP3)/snipgif — convert to animated GIFWhat it supports: YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X/Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, and thousands of other sites.Free tier gives you clips up to 3 minutes, 720p, 10 clips/day. Premium removes limits and the watermark.I'd love any feedback — still early days and actively adding features. Happy to answer questions!

I made a bot that tells Australians when to charge their home battery
I made a bot that tracks Australian wholesale electricity prices. It pulls AEMO's public data every 5 min and pings you when prices spike or go negative. Useful if you have a home battery and want to know when to charge/discharge. Search "Battery Bogan" on Telegram if you want to try it.https://github.com/Erio-Harrison/nem-price-bot

I built a 100% local AI "digital twin" Telegram bot - 5 services, 9000 lines, zero cloud APIs
I've been building an AI chatbot for an adult content creator that acts as their "digital twin" on Telegram - holds long conversations, reacts to user photos, generates persona-consistent images, sends cloned voice messages, and does proactive outreach to re-engage users. Everything runs locally on one workstation. No OpenAI, no Anthropic, no cloud AI costs. The NSFW use case made cloud APIs a non-starter (content filtering), but that constraint turned into the project's biggest win: zero per-token costs, no rate limits, complete control, and no data leaving the machine. You can test it at UberMommy on Telegram. HardwareOne workstation:Dual Xeon / 192GB RAM2x RTX 3090 (48GB VRAM total)Windows + PowerShell service orchestration + Task Scheduler auto-startThe 5 Local AI ServicesServiceWhatPortStackText GenerationAll conversations1234llama-server → Dolphin 2.9.3 Mistral-Nemo 12B (Q6_K GGUF, uncensored)VisionPhoto analysis & classification11434Ollama → LLaVA 7B + Llama 3.2 Vision 11BImage GenPersona-consistent selfies8188ComfyUI + ReActor face-swapVoice SynthesisCloned voice messages5001Coqui XTTS v2MonitoringLive dashboard + manual control8888FlaskArchitecture: Telethon Userbot (not Bot API)This was a key decision. The bot uses Telethon (MTProto) instead of the standard Bot API, which means it logs in as a real Telegram user account - no "bot" badge, no /start requirement, appears in chat lists like a normal person. Session-based auth, all handlers async. What Makes It Interesting (Beyond Just "Chat with LLM")The bot is ~9,000 lines of Python. The text generation is maybe 10% of that. The rest is all the systems that make it feel like a real person texting:Humanized timing. Typing delays are calculated from response length (~50 WPM simulation), then modified by a per-user warmth tier using triangular distributions. Warm users get quick replies (mode 12s). Cold users get chaotic timing (sometimes 2+ minutes with a read receipt and no response). The bot shows "typing..." indicators proportional to message length.Conversation energy matching. The system tracks whether a conversation is casual, flirty, or explicit based on keyword frequency in the rolling message window, then injects energy-matching instructions into the system prompt so the LLM doesn't pivot to small talk mid-escalation. There's also an arousal detection system that shifts prompt strategy through heated → climax → afterglow phases.YAML-based personality. The entire character - backstory, speech patterns, violation phrases, fallback responses - lives in a 650-line YAML file. The system was designed from the start for white-labeling: swap the YAML and face image, and you have a different creator's bot.Proactive outreach. Two systems: a check-in system that messages users 45-90 minutes after they go quiet (with daily caps and quiet hours), and a re-engagement system that reaches back out to idle users after 2-21 days. Both respect cooldowns and suppress during active conversations.Startup catch-up. On restart, the bot detects downtime by comparing shutdown timestamp to current time, scans for unanswered messages received during downtime, seeds conversation context from Telegram history, and replies to up to 15 users with natural delays between each. Users who messaged during a restart never know it happened.Multi-layer character enforcement. Even uncensored Dolphin models occasionally slip into assistant-speak. The pipeline: regex violation detection → keyword filters → retry with stronger prompt → postprocessing module (separate file) that catches truncated sentences, gender violations, phantom photo claims, and quote wrapping → hardcoded in-character fallbacks. Belt, suspenders, duct tape, and a backup pair of suspenders.Phrase diversity tracking. Tracks phrase frequency per user over a 30-minute window. If the bot says "sweetie" more than 3 times, it automatically swaps to variants. Anti-repetition also tracks response topics…
