Me and my wife's 3+ years of chat just deleted itself? did we hit a data cap or something?
We were texting when both of us experienced a seemingly random interruption, after we go back in the chat log had been fully wiped... 3 years of texts just gone in an instant, no warnings, no dialog to explain what had happened.I thought one of us might have had our account hacked despite us both using two factor authentication, so we changed our passwords and checked our recent logins but everything was clean.If we did reach a data cap, I would have appreciated some sort of warning... Also wouldn't it be more user friendly to just say the data cap has been reached for the chat and then start deleting from the top down to make room as you continue conversing instead of nuking the whole thing? luckily I don't think there was anything particularly important in that chat, but it does still suck.

Accidentally cleared chat history - need to recover it
So, I was trying to load chat messages on my phone (it has a tendency of skipping) and pressed the yet unknown "clear history" button, expecting it to clear cache. Instead, I cleared all messages from that chat. Are there any ways to recover it? I think the chat doesn't have the "show old messages to new members" on, so that is not an option.

Disappearing images option gone?
I tried sending one image today, but there was no option on my Pixel. I tried my old oneplus (same account) there wasn't the option there either, tried my ipad, still nothing. Windows app has even less features.I distinctively remember there being a stopwatch icon on image sending screen. There isn't one now. After searching online, I see that many people reported the feature being moved to longpress on send button. The thing is, I have only "send reminder" there, nothing else.So the question is, how do I send them? I hope I don't have to go back to Whatsapp just because of this feature.NB: All devices are on the same phone number and I live in Germany now, if that makes any difference.

I sent a message to a friend last June.
Today, I check my friend's status on tg and it said "seen a long time ago" then i proceeded to tell my friend that I sent a message on tg. My friend checked tg but they didn't see the message. We both sent messages on tg to confirm if there is something wrong. THEEEEN the date on my previous message changed from June to todays date... It was so weird? Was it a glitch? Did anyone experience the same thing before???Idk if this is connected but I cleared cache last week. The videos had red exclamation after but the june message didn't. Im just confused why this happened lol

telegram blocked my phone nr
Anyone else had this happen? I'm in 2 telegram groups where i rarely post and dont use it for anything else.Is this an error or why else would this happen?I have already send an email to the helpdesk so i hope it will be fixed.
