My provider decided to change numbers on me and I no longer have access to the number associated with telegram. I'm still logged into the webk but I don't see an option to change the number. It only allows me to copy it. I also don't see a way to delete the account...

Getting blackmailed. What should I do
Yesterday someone messaged me and said that I have taken part in illegal activity like horse gambling. For context, I was added into a telegram group chat about the horse gambling and I left as I knew it was a scam. However, an anonymous number soon messaged me and said that he will tell the police and my family about this. and blocking him would not be any use. he then blackmail me into giving him £50 PayPal or he will tell my family. What should I do? Can he even trace my family and tell the police about this? PS:My number is annoymus to him too

Will I be removed from the other person’s inbox if I deleted our conversations on both sides?
Say I deleted my conversation with another person in telegram (for both parties), will I be removed from that person’s telegram inbox or not? Coz I did this twice before and they were still able to find me and ask why I deleted our conversation.Pretty new to telegram btw so be nice :)

Windows app lacks a lot of useful features.
I mean, why didn't they implement in app translation to it, I've seen a bunch of third party apps that have that function also you still can't upload a mp4 avatar using the windows version.
