What does the emoji with glasses say? I can't read his lips.
There's another one that says "wtf" and you are able to easily read his lips but the glasses one is not easy.

[Q/A] Alternatives methods of signing up for Telegram?
All posts I've seen about this are from years ago, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places though.I want to sign up for Telegram but unfortunately, due to complications regarding my financial status, I do not currently have a phone plan or a SIM card in my phone. More of an empty hull of a phone I use to play games occasionally, view social media, and watch videos.Alternatively, I've tried using programs like TextNow or TextFree; they don't work, unfortunately. Hence I am wondering if there are any other methods I can utilize to create an account.

Is it to possible to extract an audio w/o having to record the screen?
Hi.I have a voice file in a chat of Telegram and I would like to export it.I know that recording the screen and the internal audio I can "save" it. Anyone experiencing audio call issues? When I'm on a call with someone, the other person doesn't hear me nor do I hear the other person. It's just silence. Both our connections are fine. Any help?

Blocking strangers from writing me
Hi,I know this kind of topic already exists, but none of the solutions are working for me and since there are updates these things might have changes as well.I enabled the "find people nearby" feature about a month ago to connect with a friend one time.Since then I get unsolicited messages from strangers several times a week (most of the time sexual content or scamming).After googling I tried the following, without success:Deactivate the "Nearby" feature in the AppDeactivate "Location" for the App in Android SettingsSet all Privacy Settings to the most restrictive option, "Only Contacts" or "Nobody".I have no Username, only my mobile number. For my number the privacy setting is, that nobody can see the number and only my contacts can find me by it.I am in no public groups and never have been.I could not find any more options which I could try and don't know what to do. I would really like to use the app but not under that circumstances.Best regards and ty for your help.
