Is there a way to stop thread with new messages from going to the top of the thread list?
I follow a few dozen tg groups and almost everyone of them is active. So every time someone chats the threads move between themselves like a freaking nascar rally. is there a way to stop this?

Basically, i have a telegram account with a number of another country. If i try to enter, the app will ask for a code confirmation with that number, but i'm not in the country where the number is valid. Could somebody help?

All posts I've seen about this are from years ago, maybe I'm just not looking in the right places though.I want to sign up for Telegram but unfortunately, due to complications regarding my financial status, I do not currently have a phone plan or a SIM card in my phone.
