I understand that one can post native polls that are either anonymous or the participants are visible to everyone. But is it possible to have polls that the participants are only visible to the admins?

Is there a way to stop thread with new messages from going to the top of the thread list?

Basically, i have a telegram account with a number of another country. If i try to enter, the app will ask for a code confirmation with that number, but i'm not in the country where the number is valid. Could somebody help?
