A regular bug that I encounter on Desktop.
So, I've been having fully deleted chats re-appear on my desktop client on different accounts. These chats contain no messages yet deleting them again doesn't help and they return the very next time I reboot my PC. Reinstalling the telegram client did not help me.​It looks like thisWhat can I do to stop this from happening?EDIT: It's not just on Desktop, its also on mobile. Fuck.

Bot that suggest a random file from a list of files posted in a channel
For example, when the user use the command /suggest then the bot will suggest a random filename from a list of files in a channel. The list of files will keep growing meaning that the list is still not completed yet when the bot is activated.

We still are of the idea that there are NOT 700 mio active users. If we check good bots and their stats, such bots show maybe 500-3000 active users. Same for the total amount of users inside public channels (no matter which country).

I recently uninstalled and reinstalled telegram as I was having an issue and I didn't realize that it would log me out of my account and ask for my number. My number is currently blocked due to billing and I can't receive SMS or phone calls, so I am basically locked out of my account. What do I do?

I use FB Groups mainly to share pics & vids w/family. Is there a way to configure a Telegram private group to do the following or similar?Private to invited members only.Ability to remove members if needed.Allow a group messages stream.Create photo or video albums.Allow members to leave feedback on album or album content so the feedback is saved with either. This is either a thumbs up or a message.For example, leaving a comment on photo in an album showing a kid eating cake. The comment is with the photo, not the album.I see Telegram covering points 1,2,3 and sort of 4. Point 5 doesn't seem possible. Telegram is almost there as a replacement. Am I missing something?

Why have I never seen ads in Telegram?
I know they should appear in public channels with 1k+ subs, but I just never see them.
I am using official QT client on Windows desktop, APK from official website and a few 3rd party modded version on Android, all of them has no ads.Not that I want to see ads, just really confused why I am not seeing them.

Reactions available in chat vs in settings
Under the Quick Reaction setting, there are many more emojis available than I can actually see to use when reacting to an actual message.Is there a reason for that and how might I change that or enable all possible emojis in the bar for reacting to a message?
