Can someone teach me how to make custom telegram bots
I run a private group on telegram and I need to create custom bots for the group to forward messages from channels and twitter into the group. Can I import a Telegram chat export to Telegram?
My chat history with my SO was deleted by accident. It had all of our memories from five years ago, so it's pretty valuable to both of us. I have exported this chat once on (May 5th, 2022) as HTML.So, is there a way for me to import it back to telegram so everything returns back to normal?

Duplicate downloads
When I download from a channel telegram downloads the same file again for the discussion group even though I haven’t joined the discussion group. For example I download a 1GB file on the channel, in my cache it takes up 1GB for the channel but has another 1GB taken up for the discussion as a separate chat, I.e. if I want to download a 1GB file, it takes up 2GB on my cache. When I clear the cache for the discussion, it deletes the file from the cache the channel as well.Is there some way to disable the duplicate downloading?

How to completely wipe and delete everything from Telegram?
Hi, I was wondering if I could delete not only telegram app cache and messages but to delete unknowingly saved content on my phone itself, software cache, icloud, and even telegram servers, like my account or messages never even existed or cannot be recovered whatsoever. But there’s something called tuneskit data recovery that can somehow recover very old deleted telegram messages and I don’t know how. I want it to be unbackable. I know deactivating my account deletes everything from Telegram but does it delete old telegram phone cache from my iPhone? Thanks

How to contact Telegram DPO?
I would like to request access to my data for an account I have no longer access to (due to losing the phone number) but I can prove by whatever means that I owned the account.Telegram's privacy policy suggests contact @GDPRbot for this, but I can't because I don't have access to telegram. I would like to contact Telegram Data Protection Officer to exercise my right. Is is possible to contact the DPO by email? It is a legal obligation according to GDPR law to be able to contact the DPO (regardless of being able to use the telegram app or not).

Does anyone know how to actually use this app?
I've tried everything to sign up to use it. I don't have a mobile phone number, so I've gone through literally every other possible avenue to create an account. I've tried VoIP-based cell phone services, I've tried using my landline, other people's landlines, I've tried using the desktop version (which just tells me to sign in via mobile anyways) and I've tried reporting the landline bug but it seems like there's not even any place to report these bugs, and even if there were I highly doubt these issues would be fixed.Has anybody actually figured out a way to use this god forsaken app without paying money for something else? I'm at my wit's end. I might as well just buy a new goddamn cell phone at this point and buy a phone number as well.

I need help to create a bot that can forward a high amount of volume from a channel to a private group
Hello everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this post. I need to create a telegram bot that can forward a high volume of messages from a channel to a private group. I need to apply filters to these messages as well so only messages with "0x" and "t.me" are being sent to the group, at the same time being able to blacklist certain words or phrases like "dexscreener" for example. There can be absolutely no delay between when the message appears in the channel and is sent to the group because the information is time sensitive. If anyone can please help me I would greatly appreciate it, god bless
