Still reachable?
So I used the "Find people nerby" and started a chat with someone.Added this person without sharing my phone number, and also I need to clarify that I have the global username disabled.So, after a boring chat I decided to stop talking to this person, and deleted the whole chat. Then I went to the user, and selected "Delete contact".For my surprise, this person contacted me again, and I still don't know how. This person doesn't have my phone number, doesn't have my username, and doesn't have a chat history to continue talking from there, so how can this person chat me back after that.​And just to clarify: I know that Block person exists, I don't think I need it because is more simple to delete them instead to add them to a blacklist. This thought was before see that person can still reaching me in some way..

Telegram Bots Rating (Top 500)
Hello telegramers,
I've created a rating of telegram bots. Bots in the list are sorted by number of chats they are installed in. For another project of mine I have crawled lists of users of 800k public telegram groups. Based on these data I have created rating of bots. It is here https://tgbots.io First two places occupied by my bots because I know 100% groups where my bots are installed. But for other bots I know only subset of groups where they are installed because I do not have list of ALL public telegram groups.
