If I uninstall telegram on my iphone, will I be able to still see the secret chats upon reinstalling?
As far as I understand it the answer would be no; but at the same time, would it still exist on the person’s end even if it’s gone for me or would the chat get permanently deleted on both ends? thanks!

My friend got invited into a group chat. Then, in the group chat, it says that he exited it. The weird thing is that he didn't even receive any notifications about it.
My friend was invited into a group chat but he didn't receive any notifications about it. Later, the group chat showed that he exited it and he didn't receive any notifications about it too. When a member of that group messaged my friend privately, my friend didn't even receive any messages about it.However, after my friend saved that member's phone number into his phone, that member was able to add him into the group chat and my friend received a notification about it. My friend sent a private message to that member and that member was able to receive it. Also, my friend wasn't able to see that member's messages that were sent before saving the phone number. That member said that the messages he sent to my friend, before his phone number was saved, are in the same private chat as those messages he sent after his phone number was saved. Can someone explain this? My friend didn't block anybody. Also, in case you need to know, that group chat is a group that my friend wants to be inside.

Telegram says "You need to update" every time I open the App. But there is no update available?
No update available in PlayStore and I also don't see any messages? It pops up on top but the chats aren't showing anything new?

On my phone telegram doesn't load
Since yesterday, every time I open the app, telegram doesn't load properly: it doesn't show any chat and rarely some of them but with old messages.Telegram Desktop and Web work fine, can it be an hardware problem? I don't know, since it happened out of the blue. What do?

I used to be able to edit a mention to whatever I wanted and it was really cool
I remember that if you tagged someone, the text in your message body appeared blue, like a link, and you could edit the text, while still maintaining the mention link.Is there any way for me to mention @joe and having appear in the message something else like "Joey McJoeFace" or anything else I want to call him by at the time of writing?Thanks for reading 👍Edit: I just realized that you can still do this, but only for people that didn't set a username. Hi everyone.I run a school emergency care team. Lagging on telegram
I have a xiaomi poco m3 and I used to have the telegram downloaded from play store. I uninstalled it and installed the apk version from the site. But the apk version is lagged, scrolling is not as smooth as in the play store version and gifs runs really lagged. Does anyone know the reason behind it and how to fix it?

Lost Access to old telegram account

trying to find old channels
A month ago, my telegram account was raided and was spammed with porn bots, channels in arabic, and ads. They deleted me from a a few private channels ive made and it really bummed me out. Shortly after, i deleted those spam channels and changed my password. I had no hope of finding those channels again (because theyre private, i couldnt find them in searchee bot) i was able to recover one because i had a forewarded link to it in one of my DMs and its still in tact. Is there a way to find those accounts?

Call running on the background
Had a call with a person and I remember clicking the end button. However, there's still the 'call' icon that shows up at the top of the screen whenever you're on call. Realized too late that the call was running on the background. What does it mean? Was the person on the other line able to hear everything after the call? Thanks, I'm new to Telegram.

How to fix multiple push notifications on android?
