First you gotta make a new video sticker pack using @stickers bot (send /newvideo).
For preparing the .WEBM file, send a gif (under 3 seconds long) to @video_stickers_bot and then use the the prepared file in @stickers bot.

Bugs in calls
Hello, I have an iPhone and use often Telegram to make calls. 1. First of all when I call someone on Android it us fine, but when an Android calls me, the audio quality is crap. No problems iPhone to iPhone. 2. When I am in a call with the lighting earphones, when the other person enable its camera, the audio switches to Speaker on its own.Those things are pretty annoying. Am I the only one experiencing that?

Automated Testing
Im trying to automate the testing procedure of my bot. For that i need my API_ID and API_hash. I got the id but with the recover of the hash i gat an error. I tried it both ways with the bot "@usetgsbot" or over my.telegram.org and both times i get an error. Does anyone know a workaround?

Any way to keep videos uploading in the background on iOS?
I understand that it's apple's idiocy that limits background processes for apps, but is there any way to bypass it in telegram? I dont want to have a chat open and wait while the throttled 512 kb/s upload takes forever to complete.

"Alarm me in 12 hour time" is what I typed, 10:14 PM is what the preferred time slot is, but 2214 is how it shows up on the reminder selector.Is there a way to change this?

Hi,I'm considering getting Telegram for some group project work I have coming up. However, some members of the working group have very limited data.I'm wondering if Telegram has the option for group video calling and how much data would be used in a group call of 8 people?I saw on here that it uses roughly 3 MiB per minute for a video call, and wondering how much that would increase for a group call (if this is indeed possible on Telegram)
