How can I find the local storage on telegram desktop

How did someone reveal my number?
I recently changed my number and I was trying to reach out again to a someone whom I used to do business online a few months before, which I wish to remain anonymous.What I find very interesting was that he managed to 'reveal' my new number, to my surprise.I checked my setting and it was still under 'show to no one'. So how does it work?

Guys, I know you're working hard on your new reactions feature and you're excited about it, but I really would like to turn it off.
It's bothersome and keeps popping up when I'm trying to do something else. I'm always leaving quick reactions everywhere when I'm trying to click a link. I really don't care for it and it would be lovely to be able to turn it off at least on my side. It's fine if they are still on channels or whatever, I just don't want to send them by accident all the time.

What happened to the laugh reaction?
When the reactions-feature first appeared a couple of weeks back there was a laugh reaction, that was only accessible in private chats and not in group chats. It quickly disappeared after an update the same day as it appeared. We have a group where we send a lot of jokes and memes and the laughing reaction is our most anticipated feature every time we download a new update.How come that now new reactions like curse, love, headhexplode and others have been added but laughing has still not returned? Is there a reason for that?

Does Google Assistant not work with the web Telegram APK?
Hey, I've recently tried sending a message using the Assistant like 'send a Telegram message to Mum' and other ways to phrase it, but it's response was always 'sorry, I can't send messages to Telegram yet'. I did a quick search online and it's supposed to work when TG has access to your contacts, which is has. The only difference that could maybe explain it is that I'm using the APK version from their website, not from the PlayStore, which I know might not always be intergrated with other services (like quick reply in landscape on my OP 7Pro works fine with the PlayStore version but not the web version). Am I doing something wrong or could this really be it?

Theoretical Question: Do scheduled messages delay account deletion?
As I said this is a theoretical question, which will likely never happen, but I'm still curious. So imagine I want to go somewhere without internet for a long time, like maybe austronauts do. Normally, your TG account would be deleted after one year, but could I schedule a message to six months from departure that would reset the account deletion process? So that it would keep my account active for 1½ years or with chained schedules even longer?
