Telegram non E2EE vs Whatsapp E2EE
Which do you think is better: Telegram non E2EE messaging with less user data collected or Whatsapp E2EE with more user data collected?My contacts refuse to use secret chat on Telegram, so I got 2 chats open for 1 contact, with me sending them secret messages and them sending me non secret messages. It's lowkey driving me nuts and I'm thinking I will need to compromise. Just want to send more secure E2EE messages but don't want Meta-related stuff on my phone...Nobody I know uses Signal nor are they willing to switch cuz they already have so many different messaging apps installed and all of their contacts use those messaging apps already so anyway...

Do two different Telegram accounts on one phone, get associated?
For example, Account #2(SIM#2) is registered on phone #1 with sim#2 being in another phone.And the account#1 itself is registered and placed in the same phone#1 where account #1(SIM1) is placed.Do those two Accounts or SIMs get associated somehow? By who? Telegram? Which threat models?Sorry if the Q is confusing.

The color themes never load, and when I customize default backgrounds (as in change intensity) they always end up black. What can I do?

Does account deletion ever just get cancelled?
My friend created an account with his old number and never updated to a new one. About a week and a half ago, he got a message saying there was an incomplete login, followed by another one that said account deletion was initiated and he had a week to update to a new number.But he just left it like that, saying he would just make a new account if it gets deleted. It's been a week and a half now and the account is still alive and kicking - which is not how I thought this deletion process worked. Does this process ever get cancelled once initiated? It seems unlikely that the other guy cancelled the account deletion, so what else could account for this situation?

How can I find the local storage on telegram desktop

I recently changed my number and I was trying to reach out again to a someone whom I used to do business online a few months before, which I wish to remain anonymous.What I find very interesting was that he managed to 'reveal' my new number, to my surprise.I checked my setting and it was still under 'show to no one'. Guys, I know you're working hard on your new reactions feature and you're excited about it, but I really would like to turn it off.
It's bothersome and keeps popping up when I'm trying to do something else. I'm always leaving quick reactions everywhere when I'm trying to click a link. I really don't care for it and it would be lovely to be able to turn it off at least on my side. It's fine if they are still on channels or whatever, I just don't want to send them by accident all the time.

What happened to the laugh reaction?
When the reactions-feature first appeared a couple of weeks back there was a laugh reaction, that was only accessible in private chats and not in group chats. It quickly disappeared after an update the same day as it appeared. We have a group where we send a lot of jokes and memes and the laughing reaction is our most anticipated feature every time we download a new update.How come that now new reactions like curse, love, headhexplode and others have been added but laughing has still not returned? Is there a reason for that?
