Have Telegram ever censored a group before?
Big tech censors constantly. I've heard of Discord censoring a few non-PC groups. Never heard of TG ever censoring. Is this true?Asking for a friend who might setup a controversial group.

Download speed slower on pc??
Hey guys,I just noticed something.I recently started using telegram on pc before that I used to only use it in my phone.So I tried to download a video on my pc telegram and the speed is just shit,maybe 300 KBps or something like that,I noticed that this happens only for some files,others have great speed.Then I tried downloading the exact file on my phone from the same broadband (pc is ethernet and in mobile I used the same broadband using wifi) and the speed is great,why is this??

[Q] got advice on dual boxing telegram client on a win10 pc ?
i'd like to be able to use two accounts (different google voice numbers) in the same telegram text chat group. i know i can do it using my pc and cellphone (same wan ip router, thus vpn isolation is pointless), but would rather host both accounts on the same pc - so is anyone doing this? if so, any tricks to pulling it off?for the karens here; i'm not doing anything nefarious, i simply need to be able to post as an admin and a normal in the same text chat active group, and it's more convenient for me to do this on the same pc.

TWO-STEP VERIFICATION NOT WORKING: Does Telegram limit the number and/or type of characters allowed in passwords?
A long time ago, I enabled 2FA on my Telegram account and savec my password in my password manager. However, every time I try to log into a new device, it is not working. This is the second time this happens to me. A while back I tried logging in a new device on web, and Telegram did not accept my password, which I knew wasn't wrong.When I tried disabling 2FA via my phone, so I could log in in without it via web, Telegram mobile accepted my password. Since I knew there was nothing wrong with my PW, I re-enabled 2FA with the same password. However now it's not working on web or mobile.Does Telegram limit the number and/or type of characters allowed in passwords?I ask because I always use long passphrases with special characters. I often like to use uncommon special characters like ~ £ ; ¥ ° ¢ € when I can. However, over the years I notced a common security bug that many websites have.Typically, when a website doesn't allow certain characters in passwords, they will not let you create that password. You will have to create one that uses acceptable characters. The bug that happens is that some websites that don't allow certain characters, will allow you to create a password with those unauthorized characters anyway, but then when you log in it doesn't work. It's extremely annoying. I've had to report this issue with too many services.Another common bug, is that websites that don't allow more than a certain number of characters will not tell you that your password has too many when you create it. So if you have a password with 35 characters, and the website only allows 16, instead of telling you your password is too long, they will just register the first 16 characters of your 35 character long password. It misleads you into believing that your password was saved correctly, when it wasn't.​Could this be the case with Telegram? Because again, I absolutely did not forget my 2FA password. It's been in my PW manager since I created it, and yet it is not working. Does Telegram limit the number and/or type of characters allowed in passwords?​Please help! I don't want to lose my account, and I don't was to compromise its security by not having 2FA on since it doesn't work.
