[2021 Guide] How to send/forward telegram voice message in voice format
I see this question has been asking over and over again, in the old day, I can still use the "share" function to send the voice message in voice format, but nowadays it just send in a file format instead.For now, I find a way to do that, but it is NOT straight forward way and so it is quite useless, I just use it to troll my friend.​Download the voice message with telegram desktop app (Right click -> Save voice message as ...)Audio must be in an .ogg file encoded with OPUS, I use ffmpeg to help me out for this.ffmpeg -i input.ogg -ac 1 -map 0:a -strict -2 -acodec opus -b:a 128k output.oggDrag the output file in telegram web appI hope there is a simpler way to do that, but at least it works for now.

Telegram bugs
Hey everyone. I have a question regarding latest version of telegram. For the last month when I start my car and all auto-connection happens between it and my phone, I turn on music via Spotify and when someone is calling me, I can hear both my companion and music through phone call speaker (idk really how this speaker is called in the notch). Usually I speak with people via Telegram, so I don’t know whether this happens in, for instance, WhatsApp. Maybe some of you know how to fix it? Also, recently I’ve stopped receiving notifications. Telegram notifies me only after 4-5 mins after the message was received. Same about calls in Telegram, there is no ringing or any other sound and then I just receive a notification after again 4-5 mins. This happens only in Telegram, I’ve checked it. If you could help me, I will appreciate it.

Once I delete my account what all data (like ip address, chats, images) gets saved on telegram server ? Is it possible that even after deletion of my account , my chats can be retrieved by telegram or law enforcement authorities?

Auto - retry download
Hello! I was wondering, is it possible to make a bot, which unlimitedly auto-retryies downloadig file or video directly from telegram with custom set interval between auto-retrying ? Like, in case of internet connection drop bot would auto retry to download file, lets say, every 5 seconds, untill connection goes back on and continues downloading file, where it left off... Thanks!

Deleting a contact
Do they get notified after I have deleted them from my contacts?If I am one of their contacts, does it stay that way or do I fall off their list too?I'm okay with them messaging me again later but I just need to take them off my list. There is no need to block this person.

Where are the settings stored on Linux?
I want to back up Telegram settings, and I know they are somewhere inside ~/.local/share/TelegramDesktop/tdata, but I don’t know in which files. Wouldn’t want to store a bunch of temporary garbage.(Also, does anybody know what the point of ticons is? It doesn’t let my change the appindicator icon anymore, but it still exists. Are those 22x22 icons used anywhere else, or are they just legacy?)
