Unable to unban my telegram id

Add a note field to contacts
I have a pretty obvious feature suggestion for Telegram: give us the ability to add a paragraph of "Notes" for each contact. Many times you end up with a contact in Telegram whose username does not suggest anything about how you met them in real life or if they are just an online contact. Having a Notes field would let us supply some context to later put together who the person is. Examples:"This is the head nurse for Dr John Smith""I met her at John's party in October 2021""This is the Photoshop contractor we hired for the product release"Without some kind of context orientation, you end up with a long list of contacts where it can sometimes be difficult to even remember who the contact is. You do not always have a long conversation to use to orient yourself.

I need my complete call log with a specific person
We are gathering documents as proof of our relationship, and I'm wondering if there is a way to get a complete call log? I know there is the one from the basic menu, but it only goes back to the end of August. I've tried using search and just screenshot everything, but i can't search incoming and outgoing calls

Someone please explain Telegram to me because I'm confused.
Hello, new to Telegram. I have two major questions about it:Does using Telegram charge my phone carrier, even if I use it through wifi?Why would people share their Telegram contact info like they would with their Twitter or Facebook accounts? From what I can gather Telegram is more like Whatsapp and less like Twitter, so why share that with random people?
