Lightweight and feature-rich Telegram support bot (open source project)
Hey everyone! I'd like to share a Telegram support bot I've developed.It works like other support bots: users message the bot, and admins reply via an admin group.But I've added a bunch of features that make it especially useful for organizations providing tech or legal help. Of course it also works well for an anonymous Telegram channel just wanting to leave a contact.The bot is open source (MIT), lightweight, and dockerized.
