I want to automate some bot commands for a bot which i do not own, is it then possible for me to make a separate bot which sends out commands to the other bot which is responsible for executing commands?

There is a telegram bot that i can't remember its name. This is it's description please help me find it.This bot lets you build a personal message forwarding bot. Anyone who sends a message to your bot will have their message instantly relayed to you. You can also replay to their message inside the bot. This is all i can remember sorry.
