Are the telegram msgs scams?
So I’m in Mexico and they do not have a medication I take and need regularly. It’s suboxone - it’s c111 controlled and I start going into withdrawal when I don’t have it. I posted on a suboxone thread and immediately got like 9 msgs of people sending me people on telegram that could get it for me. I don’t wanna break the law but I’m desperate- I’ve been off heroin for almost 2 years and im scared - The sheer volume of msgs I received after posting is what makes me think it’s a scam.

Advice needed: Bot vs Account? Webhooks vs Polling? Hosting?
Hi - first time developing a TG bot. Looking to copy messages from a large group containing specific words/regex match to a small admin group for review. I've found dozens of bots available in multiple languages but want to do it right. First - it seems like Webhooks are preferable to polling. Second - there is no benefit to running as a user vs an actual bot is there? It just seems to add risk. Third - where to host?
