How do you edit / delete suggested/saved photos?
When I go to send a photo on Telegram it shows recently sent photos, some of which I don’t want to see. Can I delete them somehow?

What does deleting a chat do?
I used Telegram for about two years to talk with someone I was with for awhile, but now that we've split, I don't want to be connected to them. I want to delete their profile from my chat history, I don't want to see an archived chat of their name, but I don't want to end up deleting our entire chat history. Does selecting "Delete chat" instead of "Clear history" remove the profile from my list, but keeps the messages I sent to them, like "Close DM" on Discord?tl;dr I want to remove my ex's profile from my available chats, to not be connected still, without removing the history we had on their end too.EDIT: The only option I can see being possible is a full account deletion. Someone I talked to on the app as well changed accounts, and I still have their deleted accounts chat history along with their new one so.. I'm assuming if I do that, it'll keep everything preserved?

[Q] How to prevent people from writing on discussion groups but let them comment channel messages

Telegram on work phone?
Just wondering what everyone thinks about using Telegram on a work phone? Safe, risky or a terrible idea? Is there a way for the employer to see what's being said in the app? I did turn on password and fingerprint security, so in theory, they wouldn't be able to unlock the app if they had physical access to my phone.

We should use Telegram channels that don't own
If the owner of a channel or group has deleted their Telegram account, the administration and ownership must be transferred to someone else. just like Whatsapp. Also, if the only owner of a channel and group is an admin and that admin deleted their account, that group and channel should also be deleted completely.In this way, everyone can have the telegram channel name they want. Others can use channels that are unnecessary and not used for years.

Answers in discussion group as the name of the discussion group
Basically I recently made a channel and a discussion group along with it, problem is when I write in the discussion group I write as the name of the group not as mine, I know for a fact that you can sign as yourself in your discussion group but my friends can't remember how they did it so I'm asking here

i notice when downloading a video from telegram then saving it to downloads it occupies double the storage space ??
hi so i downloaded a a 100 MB video, saved it to downloads and my storage capacity went down by double that (200 MB) , when i deleted it,only 100MB was freed and i somehow still have another 100MB thats there. HELP !!

me and my friends were in a call watching a horror video and this happened
for context, me and my friends were in a call and we were watching The Mandela Catalog and, well my friend accidentally ended the call and i know it lasted about 5-10 minutes and when it ended, the notification said that the call lasted 9 days.
