Hi, I wanted to know if there is an existing library in python for Rate Limiting users on telegram bot.I want to set a limit on the number of messages a user can send to the bot per day.

Looking for simple group scheduling bot
I'm looking for a Telegram bot to help my friend group schedule gaming events in a group chat with the following features:Availability Check: Group members should be able to mark themselves as available for multiple potential dates (e.g., over 3 or 4 days).Automatic Confirmation: Once a certain number of people (or everyone) marks themselves as available for a specific date, the bot should automatically confirm that date for the event.Event Management: The bot should be able to track multiple upcoming events and display the next one once an event is confirmed.Reminders: It would also be great if the bot could send automatic reminders to all group members before the event starts (e.g., 1 hour or 1 day prior).Group-Triggered Commands: I’d like everyone in the group to be able to trigger the bot’s commands, not just admins, so that participation is easy for everyone.I’ve tried ManyBot, MeetingsBot, and others, but they either don’t support multiple days for scheduling, have limitations, or only allow for basic polling. Does anyone know of a bot that can do all of this, or would I need a custom bot built for it?

Anti forwarding / sharing bot
Hello Reddit,I have a Telegram group where I share sports tips and have multiple times (by luck) found people sharing my bets to their own groups and taking credits for my work.I have disabled forwarding messages and the messages they are sending to their group are pretty much instant, so I'm fairly sure they aren't typing it out themselves, and I think they are using a bot to bypass the "disable forwarding messages" setting.Do you know of any bot or just any way I can see who is doing this type of thing?

Telegram Mini Apps Camera Access Problem
I am writing a small app and I need to access the camera. In the desktop version, the user's choice is remembered, but not in the mobile version. Every time the app is opened, access is requested, which is a bit annoying. How can this be fixed?
