How does Telegram calculate the number of a bot's users?
In my database, I see 1,156 registered users. Of those, 309 have blocked the app, but 847 haven't.However, on the bot's page, I only see 183 users.Do I need to interact with them somehow?

Hello. A Telegram bot owner says, 'We cannot access the photos you send, the photos are automatically processed by the Telegram API'. Do you think such a thing is possible? In other words, is it possible to design the photos sent to the bot in a way that bot owners cannot access them?
