Issue with bots and topics
Hi, I am creating a bot in my free time, one of the bots functions is to forward messages to another group. Although it needs to be able to forward to a topic in another group chat via a commands similar to /forward topic1 or /forward topic 2. Although it just forwards to the original chat in the group before topics were enabled. It is unable to forward anything to specific topics. Is this possible? How can it be done? Thank you for any help.

Bot that can mute/ban depending on type of message?
As per the title, is there a spam prevention bot that can mute/ban users depending on message type? I don't want people to get muted/banned for sending 10 messages in a row, but I do want them to get muted/banned for sending 10 images, gifs, or videos in a row.
