Contact discovery & privacy
A while ago I synced my contacts. So now every once in a while I have "X joined Telegram" notifications. But do they have the same notification about me or do they need to have ME in their contacts (and to have synced them) for me to show up in their Telegram client? Considering I've disabled number visibility and set my account so only my contacts can find me by number.

Hi everyone.I am looking for a bot which I can host by myself and logs the content of a channel.Just simple Logging of stuff which is posted. Like if you do an export of a chat, just in realtime.Anyone any ideas?

With the recent Epik and Twitch leaks, what's going to be the impact of when Telegram eventually shits the bed too?
Title ^Thinking of what the impacts of a telegram conversation leak of non secret chats will be on the LGBT people of Iran, etc. I don't think a lot of people understand the risks involved, and a leak would be super dangerous to a lot of people.

Word filtering feature in channels would be very useful
Telegram should add this feature. This is why:There are some useful telegram channels. But they are constantly advertising. If a word filter is added, we can get rid of these ads. For example, by adding the word "bet" to the filter, we won't see any more betting ads. Or by adding "all links" to the filter, we won't see any more ad links.Or if I can set the word we want in the message to send a notification, we will only see the notification of the messages we want. For example, we are a member of a discount channel. By adding a pen to the word filter, we only get notification of messages containing the word pen. Or we are a member of an announcement channel. We can only get notifications for announcements that concern us.(Sorry for grammar mistakes.)

"Invalid username" when entering channel from SearcheeBot but icon and desc still there
I want to to enter this channel which still is found by the bot with its name, desciption and icon, so it DOES still exist, altough seraching via telegram regular search doesn't find it. But clicking on "open channel" results in "invalid username" error. Any solutions?PS. Don't know wether this is a right place to post this. Altough it's a tech problem many users may have it.
