Hello! What’s the maximum message depth for Telegram? I want to move to Telegram and I wanna know if the app keeps the message history/thread forever even after switching devices? Thanks!

Telegram users without any common groups?
I have several Telegram Groups and lately I noticed new people appear to join my group but when I check we don't have a single group in common, including the group of mine they just joined.How is this possible? Are these bots?

Checking if someone is online even if not in contacts
For example you got someone's username, and searched them on telegram, can you see when they've recently been online? Even if they're not in your contacts list yet or have any conversation with them before?

User Submission Bot (Media)
Hi folks,I am looking for a bot that allows users to submit media to the bot. who in turn aggregates it in a hidden group or somewhere where I can scan the media and if its appropriate forward it to the group.People are kinda complaining that they cannot submit media at the moment, but in the past there have been too many people trolling with media to just blanket allow everyone to post it.Is there anything out there that does this? I have no coding knowledge so I wouldn't know how to approach this problem in a way where I could do this myself.Thanks, friends!

An idiot is sending my tag to guys on chats as revenge and i'm getting tired of it

Is there a way to forward messages from a private Telegram group to Discord, without admin rights to the private Telegram?
Hey guys,I'm part of a private Telegram group (I'm assuming Supergroup as it has ~7k members). I don't have admin rights to add a bot.Is there some sort of user bot/bot that logs in to my Telegram account and watches that specific channel for new posts? And then is able to forward the message to Discord? If no such bot exists yet, would it be possible to code myself?I've already looked at Integromat and TediCross with no success, the TediCross docs say that you need admin rights for the private Telegram channel. And Integromat does not have much in the way of docs so I got stuck after the intial set-up (though I assume it's the same situation about the bot needing to be added to the private Telegram group with admin rights)​Thanks for any info you guys can share :)
