Is there a way to stream/play telegram files without downloading them?
More clearly to directly play the file as it is downloading instead of waiting to complete the download. Using external apps like mx player?

User Submission Bot (Media)
Hi folks,I am looking for a bot that allows users to submit media to the bot. who in turn aggregates it in a hidden group or somewhere where I can scan the media and if its appropriate forward it to the group.People are kinda complaining that they cannot submit media at the moment, but in the past there have been too many people trolling with media to just blanket allow everyone to post it.Is there anything out there that does this? I have no coding knowledge so I wouldn't know how to approach this problem in a way where I could do this myself.Thanks, friends!
