Newbie here, can I program "something" to send automated messages to one bot in text format and receive its answer (audio answer) and reproduce it?
Hello, I literally just started today to explore the possibilities of bots but I have several questions:Same question as in title.I found one bot that receives text input and transforms it with TTS into audio. Can I somehow send programed messages to this bot? E.g. To send it the weather in text and then reproduce this audio in a speaker.I am myself pretty self taught so just send me in the right direction and I can figure out the rest.Thank you in advance!

Is it possible to allow a bot to change a private group name but not have access to messages?
From testing, it looks like the bot needs to be an admin (which isn't the case for users). But this turns off privacy mode, which I want to keep turned on
