[Q] Telegram x Windows Photo Viewer
I'm using Telegram Desktop version 3.1.1 and I've noticed the latest images I download can't be opened in the classic Windows Photo Viewer (the one from Windows 7, I use it instead of W10's default Photos app). The following error is as it shows: "The Windows Photo Viewer can't display this image because there may be not enough memory. Close some programs or free up space in the hard disk (it is almost full) and try again."I've researched a bit about this error and it has to do with ICC and color management issues. In my case, I've tried re-configuring my monitor's profile with the .ICM file provided with my monitor, and also have reset the settings so it would use the generic default profile Windows provides (which is the procedure the whole internet recommends when facing this error and seems to work with a lot of people, but I had no such luck).My question is, if I can't fix this behavior, is there a way to disable whatever change Telegram introduced so I don't need to open each new photo I save in Photoshop to export as a different file?

SMS login not working
SMS login is broken in the Telegram desktop app and at web.telegram.org and now also at https://webz.telegram.org/ and https://webk.telegram.org/What happens in desktop app:Open appClick "Start Messaging"Click "Or login using your phone number"Enter phone numberClick NextTelegram desktop app says "A code was sent via Telegram to your other devices, if you have any connected.I do not have any other devices connnectedClick "Send code via SMS"Telegram says "Please enter the code that was sent to you via Telegram or log in via QR code. If you haven't signed up for Telegram yet, please register from your phone or tablet first.I registered years ago.I do not have Telegram on any other app.I asked to login via SMS and Telegram says OK go get the code I sent to your app.WTF is this bullshit?​On the web, every time you go through the login process and enter your number to receive a code by SMS Telegram says "We've sent the code to the Telegram app on your other device.". Impossible. I do not have Telegram on any other device. Anyway: why did you do that I asked you to send me the code by SMS?​Is this intentional by Telegram? Are they trying to stop the SMS login route? Or is their SMS verification just broken?

Question regarding privacy
Can people see that I have a telegram in their contacts? I actually would’ve the idea of my telegram to remain private. And if someone types my number will they be able to find it. I have not allowed telegram access to my contacts and I don’t want people to find my telegram

A red light activates when I open any chat.
The recording red light on top of my tablet (android Lenovo M10). It closes and reopens for any new window. This same thing doesn't happen for Whatsapp, so I guess it might be improbable to be the proximity sensor, even though it could.I have my suspicion that the tablet is bugged for personal reasons, as it was given to me for work related reasons. Is it possible or am I just overreacting to it?

In need of assistance
Hey hi hello so I had made an account using my number as well as well as under my current username as my name, I hadn’t allowed the synchronization of my contacts and yet received a text from my mother asking why I made a telegram account. Does this mean it sent it as a text to my entire contacts list?
