[Q] Is there a way to login to Telegram Desktop without Telegram on your Phone?
Hi! I want to use Telegram Desktop. I've used this phone number/account before (but not in a last year or two). And I still have access to this phone number. What I can't do - install Telegram on my phone (I have and old phone, that I can use only for calls/sms at this point). Is there a way to login to my account from Telegram Desktop? I tried "Send code to SMS" option, but it won't work (it asked me to login from phone instead).

Deleted accounts?
Hey everyone, looking for some information/advice. A few bots I interacted with on telegram have recently all been deleted without warning. None of the bots were doing anything particularly illegal/dangerous, so I’m not sure why it’s happened. Clones of these accounts still exist (that have all the exact same information as the legitimate ones), but the actual accounts and the televend account have all disappeared.Has anyone had this happen in the past? I’ve only used telegram for the last year or so and don’t use it even every week, so I’m green about it. Any advice is welcome, I’m trying to figure out what’s happened and what the likelihood is of the accounts being able to come back. Thanks in advance.

Google Assistant unable to write telegram messages
As I said above, when I try to send a message to a friend of mine via telegram by using google assistant it won't work. It will take the request in as if it had understood it, but then do nothing. The command I used was: Send a telegram to [name of contact] and various other ways to phrase it. Seemingly google tries to send the message, but fails and nothing happens.
Does anyone have a clue how this could be fixed?

Telegram last seen bug?
I changed my phone number on telegram and since then my two most used chats/contacts are set to "last seen recently".I have checked that on the "Last Seen & Online" setting I have "Everybody" and I have also checked with them that they also have it for Everybody. The rest of my chats have proper last seen timestamps. I changed back to my old phone number but it was still the same with only these two chats/contacts. I don't know if the change of the number is related, I just mention it because it happened after this.I hope someone has a clue to what's going on. Thanks guys!

Any ways to resore messages?
I was a part of one telegram group chat and thel left it. After rejoining I found out that I see no previous history because chat history was set to "hidden". After setting it to "visible" and rejoining I still see no previous messages, but then I tried to join it from another account and I see all messages.
Are there any ways to restore/import everything from the second account?

[Q] Is there a way to store all of the chats on the fly locally on disk, so that others can not remove our own messages from our history?
For all Telegram's claims about care for users, it's strange that there's still no option to store chats locally, and it's even stranger that deleting others' messages from their history is a thing - because that's practically censorship.Maybe there's an alternative client that allows something like this?

Telegram doesn't show images or videos
[Q]HiI have a problem, i download telegram and to download tons of travel pictures but i didn't find them in the "Telegram" folder i select sd and only manual download only, the archives take space but i can see them, after that I have telegram normally and the folder stay there as always after a delete of the app, i have miui 12 and a Redmi 8 Thx
