Is Clear History button only available on certain groups? I joined more than 10 (all 5000 members+) but only one with this option, also does clearing history delete my chat in the group from other people aswell?

Owner leaving and coming back to a group
Hi, so I have 2 questions. First one is what happens if the owner of a group leaves? If there are other admins do they stay as normal admins with the permissions they've been given? Second one is: what if the owner leaves and is later added to the group? Are they the owner of the group again or just a regular member?

If I add someone to my Telegram contacts by way of their phone number, will it show them I did so?

Feature Request

Telegram has started automatically declining calls
