I don’t want notifications from the chat. Why do I get notifications when an admin pins a message?

I deleted the app and am having trouble getting back into my account!
I deleted the app yesterday. Reinstalled today and only seem to have the option to create an account not log back into my old one??

You can play a copy of Minesweeper directly in Telegram using inline buttons.The goal is simple: you have to open all squares without bombs. Hit the bomb - you lose.Currently 3 modes are supported: 5x5 (3 bombs), 6x6 (5 bombs) and 7x7 (7 bombs). I find out very often my chats are scrolled up to the places i didn't scrollActive sessions screen contains only 2 my devices

can you download your own database of chats, channels, groups and bots?
For those who did not understand I want to understand if you can download all the information of your account so if one day I decide to return to telegram I do an "upload" of my old chats.In short, how does facebook give you the possibility to ask for its database. (if I remember correctly)

Hi,I've scouted around but I can't figure out a answer.I use plus client for telegram (I can't use stock telegram too).How can I get out from lots of groups at once. Channel Notifications without messages?
Some of my Channel subscribers complain that they are receiving Notifications about messages that are not in the channel. They get a notification but when then click on it there is no such message!
Most of the users can see the messages but about 20% cant!
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My account was HACKED and deleted and now telegram refuses to send anything to VOIP number
I originally used another VOIP number for my telegram account on text now. the number expired, so I deleted it, all of the sudden, my account was hacked by a lowlife and deleted. I didn't care much considering I had almost nothing on there, but its stressing me out I'm getting NO SMS from anyone on any VOIP app. I've sent over five angry emails and nothing has happened yet so far.Seriously what am I supposed to do? I'm considering paying to receive sms's on the dumb text now app cause the other VOIP apps aren't working. What is going on?!?!?!?! I've changed my number, and I've still gotten no SMS yet.
