Sorry fam. I got these godawful cramps in the long muscles on the outside of the shins on both my legs. The pain was excruciating. It didn't matter if I stood, sat, or laid down. I took some potassium and magnesium and IDK if it helped or not. I could get up and walk it off after a few minutes but then one minute later it would happen again. It hurt too bad to even try to stay at the pc long enough to type an explanation at the time. I couldn't sit here and watch a movie. Imma try to go to bed. I promise we'll do movie night tomorrow.
