Untuk fresh graduates yang tengah cantikkan resume jangan lupa letak ni dalam bahagian REFERENCE korang supaya senang HR nak tanya tentang korang semasa bekerja

1) Lecturer di University/Kolej

Pilih lecturer yang korang pernah berurusan untuk final year project or sebagainya. Senang cerita mana mana lecturer yang ingat korang & senang nak explain bila HR call.

2) Supervisor masa Internship

HR boleh tahu cara kerja korang macam mana & boleh tahu performance korang bagus ataupun tidak sepanjang bekerja.

3) Manager masa kerja Part-Time

Kalau ada pengalaman kerja part- time, boleh juga letak di reference. Bila HR buat reference check, dia boleh tahu macam macam. Contohnya, kalau korang pernah ada masalah dengan kawan sekerja atau lain lain.

✅ "I haven't covered this area in my previous experience, but I'll try to answer. Please advise if my answer is not mature enough. "

2. To show that you are sincere and practical.
❌To avoid empty words like "I don't know but I can learn it."
✅"Although I don't have any relevant experience in a certain area yet, but I am always interested in this area. I have previous experience with A and I am currently learning on B. I believe I can handle quickly by given the opportunity."

3. The ability to negotiate salary is important in an interview.
❌But avoid giving the impression that you are only talking about money or blindly lowering yourself without talking about money.
✅"At this stage of the job search, salary is not the most important factor for me, but to be honest, it is one of the most important factors. I would consider about company platform, job scope and opportunities for advancement also.
