“The Law of Seven explains why so many people start the work, be it shadow work, meditation, trauma work, healing, whatever it is, with real sincerity, only to hit a wall or to slowly drift off, or self-sabotage, and quietly abandon the process altogether.

The structure behind the Law of Seven follows a musical principle, which is why it’s also called the Law of Octaves. Think of a musical scale and the seven notes do, re, mi, fa, so, la, si. That’s a complete octave.

But what’s not commonly known is that within that octave, the Law of Seven, there are two specific intervals, and these are points where the process doesn’t automatically continue on its own.

That means you need to inject new energy in forms of effort or awareness, or the whole thing will just falter, collapse, or reverse itself. According to the Law of Seven, these intervals are where the real test begins, so to speak, because this is where the energy naturally drops and resistance begins to intensify.

If a conscious shock, which is a deliberate effort or a moment of presence, a sincere recommitment isn’t applied at these points, the process will either deviate from its original direction, become stagnant, or mechanical. That’s when people feel stuck.

Or it can even reverse and regress into its opposite, when people completely fall back into sleep in the matrix. That’s why spiritual inspiration can turn into apathy, why deep insight can become dogma, why practices that once felt alive and life-changing start to feel dry and lifeless.

Also, in relationships, that’s why they drift into unconscious patterns and get mistaken for love, like codependency. And most importantly, this is why people abandon the very work that could have transformed them, often without realizing it.”

Wise words from an old friend who recently transitioned. From the short time I have gotten to know him, I can say that he lived this incarnation with authentic commitment, aligned with his dharma and purpose:

"We are not a helpless victim of our circumstances. We all have within us the power to make that to which we are committed happen.

When we have circumstantial reasons why we could not keep our commitment, usually it is because our commitment was not authentic.

We manifest our commitment if it is authentic. Therefore, when we want to know what a person is truly committed to, what we need to do is to look at his/her action and result, not what he/she says.

Inauthentic commitment comes from your mind, your socially conditioned mind. Living your life with the pretense of inauthentic commitment is a form of deception and irresponsibility.

Your conditioned mind thinks that you should be committed to something worthy or good to prove your self-worth. The idea of doing something great or participating in some good cause makes you feel worthy and therefore you think that you should do it.

Nothing that is intended to make you feel worthy or good is ever a genuine commitment coming from your heart and soul. True commitment has nothing to do with proving your worth, greatness, goodness, or virtue.

Authentic commitment is the creative expression of who you are—i.e., your authentic self. When you are truly committed, you will never try to prove how worthy, good, or great you are but will be moved from within to creatively express your soul’s passion and your heart’s love."

Despite the darkness in the world and whatever darkness, hardship, or struggle you may be facing in your own life, divine guidance is always present.

It is always available and always trying to reach you.

Most of us simply can’t see, hear, or sense it.

We’re caught in the ego’s fixed preferences, our likes and dislikes, and how we think things should be.

We cling to desires and outcomes.

We fall into self-pity and victimization, or we swing to pride and inflation.

Neither state can perceive higher guidance, because it works beyond human logic, morality, justice, or any idea of fairness.

There are ways to open yourself to Grace and become more receptive to this higher guidance.

It requires a deeper surrender.

But that guidance is not a genie in a bottle that grants any wishes or fulfills any desires.

Grace has one purpose: to bring you closer to God and closer to who you truly are.

It's the ultimate state of freedom we all long for deep down inside.

It can work through disintegration, struggle, taking away that which you cherished the most, and anything the ego sees as failure, as well as through breakthroughs, support, success, and meaningful synchronicities (if we can notice them).

God will never forsake you, judge you, or punish you for being "bad". But God also won’t reward you or give you special treatment just because you're a “good” boy or girl.

Those ideas come from dogmatic religious programming, human traits, and lower states of consciousness projected onto an anthropomorphized image of God.

Grace moves beyond the duality we’re so identified with and even moves beyond the Law of Karma.

“A lot of people, especially those who woke up over the past five years, by questioning official culture and official narratives, have fallen deep into the rabbit hole of conspiracies.

Obviously, there are conspiracies, but some people dove head on into it, and their whole focus remained completely external; everything suddenly became a psyop. Everything is a trap, everything is scripted, but this too can be a trauma response, a kind of schizoid split rooted in hypervigilance and paranoia, because of the shock taking a negative turn.

It led to more disembodiment, dissociating, especially black and white thinking, meaning an inability to see nuance in events or in people. A highly dysregulated nervous system can also be a fear response in itself; it’s the black pilled mindset.

There’s a focus on endless exposure to how corrupt and evil the world is that leads to being stuck in a doom-and-gloom mindset. But others who were awakened used the shock differently. They didn’t just question the system, get into conspiracies, do external research and all that; they started questioning themselves.

They put the mirror on themselves, and that’s an appropriate use for a shock like that. They questioned their life choices, relationships, attachments, and their real purpose. They asked the ultimate question, “Who am I in all of this? Why do I want what I want? What are my goals, or what is my aim? Why am I here? What is my life really about?”

For them, the shock became a disillusionment of their own lives, their own personality structure and identity, because disillusionment is a necessity on the path to awakening. All spiritual traditions have talked about the death of the conditioned, wounded, or programmed ego personality that then opens the way towards a deeper level of awakening.

So, they started looking within, beyond the ego surface and that’s the kind of shock Gurdjieff really talks about, one that can awaken you to a higher level of consciousness if it’s met consciously and turned inwardly with humility and aspiration for truth.”

“There is the trap of creating a spiritual identity and saying things like, “Oh, I’m a reborn Christian now,” and wearing that identity.” Or the New Age approach of suddenly becoming a lightworker, here to be of service and bring heaven to earth, saying, “I’m a starseed or a wander and I came here from another dimension,” you can easily lie to yourself.

For me, a true starseed or lightworker would never say they are one to begin with. The ego can easily hijack this, and then you identify with the [spiritual ego].

Sometimes people claim, “I come from the 6th, 5th, or 4th dimension, I’m a starseed, I’m coming back to help the world,” but their whole life is a mess.

They blame the earth, saying things like, “It’s not really suiting my higher vibration.” But when you think through this logically, okay, well, you’ve already gone through 3D and learned the lessons, you should have mastered them already. So why is this a big deal?

You deal with basic physicality and do your mission, but if you blame the lower frequency of this earth on your issues because you’re so “highly evolved,” there’s a contradiction in that statement.”

“If we expect that you’re just going to sit in meditation and [immediately] experience these profound meditative states, it’s not the point. The first thing that you’re going to witness in meditation is how insane your mind is.

We need to realize that this idea of demanding things or complaining or blaming or having temper tantrums doesn’t help. We have to learn to face the difficulties in our practice with perseverance and faith.

Faith was really the main thing that was guiding me throughout my experience. I trusted in the process of meditation, and I trusted that if I kept going, it would help me with my relationship to God and the spiritual path.

So there has to be a sense of faith and not expecting anything to happen, just doing your practice every single day, you know, chop wood, carry water, just do it. Don’t expect anything to happen.

And you never know when [Grace] will hit you. It can hit you out of nowhere. It can subtly hit you, or it can hit you in a very intense way.”

Sincerity: The Ultimate Spiritual Protection

All authentic spiritual and esoteric traditions, East and West, agree on one thing: sincerity is the foundation of the path. It is the prerequisite for giving yourself to the Divine without conditions.

But sincerity is not what most people think it is. Many believe they are sincere while lying to themselves.

Real sincerity is radical honesty. It is the willingness to see yourself without spiritual makeup, without pretense, without polishing the image.

It is the capacity to admit: I am not as conscious as I think I am.

Sincerity is the sword that cuts through self-deception, spiritual bypassing, and inflated narratives.

It strips away the ego’s disguises, the stories we tell ourselves to avoid seeing the raw truth of who we are, what drives us, and where we still hide.

It demands that we face life without self-deception, without victim-blame consciousness, self-importance, pride, or self-pity.

It’s easy to appear sincere on the surface, to say the right words, put on a smiley face, adopt the right persona, or project a polished image, and yet be fundamentally insincere in the deeper work.

To be sincere means to confront your own lies, especially the ones you tell yourself. It enables you to engage the parts of yourself you might otherwise prefer to avoid.

No knowledge, information, psycho-spiritual modality, technique, mantra, or spiritual system can compensate for a lack of sincerity.

Hostile forces can easily manipulate those who are insincere and dishonest with themselves.

Insincerity opens the doorway to adverse forces and the Luciferic temptation.

Sincerity is the ultimate spiritual protection. It is more powerful than any visualization, prayer, device, crystal, or affirmation.

Because none of those work without sincerity.

Sincerity creates a frequency that aligns you with the Divine, making it harder for deceptive forces to reach you.

It is the attitude of engaging in the inner work without excuses and committing fully.

Yet the ego can easily hijack the concept of sincerity.

When someone says, “But I am sincere!” it’s often a sign they’re lying to themselves.

Being convinced of one’s own total sincerity is usually a form of unconscious insincerity, a red flag of ego inflation.

As the Mother, Mirra Alfassa, pointed out:

“...When you are sure that you have attained absolute sincerity, you may be certain that you have plunged into falsehood....”

A true sign of sincerity is the capacity to see and admit all the parts within oneself that are not sincere, and still commit to the work anyway.

The same goes for those who claim to be “humble.” The very need to say it is usually a sign of a lack of humility.

We become more sincere as we progress, but the state of absolute sincerity is enlightenment.

“Our greatest blind spot is mistaking technological advancement for progress in consciousness, as if humanity were at the peak of its evolutionary trajectory. It is a cunning deception, especially for those who are solely externally oriented and stuck in a materialistic worldview and linear time.

In truth, everything moves in cycles, and we have been in a long descent for thousands of years, a regression in consciousness that can be seen as a form of devolution. Yet this descent is not an error or “mistake.”

It is part of a larger evolutionary arc, a precursor for the spiritualization of body, mind, life, and matter according to Divine Will. The darkness of this age of materialism we are in now is not the end.

It is the threshold before the light breaks through. Yet, we must become receptive to the Light as transducers for Divine Will.

This alchemical transformation is achieved via psycho-spiritual inner work and a conscious and sincere aspiration to the Divine, to bring forth the Self, the kingdom within, which is the internal condition to be receptive to the Divine Force from above.

If we don’t learn our lessons during this Time of Transition, we might experience again what Sri Aurobindo and the Mother called a “dark night of civilization” with the Divine pressing the “reset button,” as it has happened many times before.”

“The main thing I’ve noticed with the law of attraction is how people use it to push their real feelings away by forcing themselves to think positive thoughts, to not experience negative emotions, because they see them as “low vibration”. It’s focused on aggressively forcing yourself to think positive thoughts.

This focus on only the positive often results in emotional suppression and denial. So, if you have a negative thought, you deny it and push it away. For example, maybe you have a negative thought, like, “I need to quit my job.” And then you think that’s just a negative thought, and you push it away.

This kind of thinking can easily delude and confuse you and make you constantly paranoid. If something bad happens, you might blame yourself and think, “Oh my God, this happened because of that negative thought I had.”

And while our thoughts and our state of mind are really important for the actions we create and the feelings we have, I am not dismissing that, I’ve noticed a lot of people take this to an extreme where they use it as a form of emotional repression.

This suppression of everything negative puts people into a state of denial and then ironically, emotional suppression, and the state of denial it puts you in is not good for manifestation.”

In my experience, no sincere prayer has ever been left unanswered.

But the answer, the guidance, or the support often didn’t manifest in the way I thought, wanted, or even hoped for.

There were times I felt abandoned by God, plunged into deeper darkness and despair.

But months, sometimes years later, I came to see that it was the most perfect guidance and grace, unfolding in exact alignment with a higher Will that my small ego-mind, with all its preferences and desires, could not possibly grasp in the moment.

It always led me to exactly what my soul is here to learn, embody, and offer. Something more real and lasting than anything the ego could chase in its search for happiness.

The Divine has only ever led me toward what is true. Whatever I think I have or have accomplished has only been possible through His Grace and Will.

Each time, it called me to surrender more fully to Thy Will be done, as a living prayer in daily life.

From there, devotion deepens, until the only life worth living is one lived for the Divine in all its glory.

Beneath it all sits a deep shadow of unconscious grief, sadness, shame, guilt, anger, and rage, which we try to hide with external means and distractions. As Carl Jung knew very well, whatever darkness we see out there in the external world also lives within us.

We don’t know who we are, and most of what we think we want or who we think we are has been programmed into us by cultural and social norms. Religion has become corrupted and dogmatic over centuries, manipulated for social control, and very distorted from its original teachings.

Instead of turning inward, which is really the core message of all the spiritual teachings throughout the ages, many of us blame others for the state of the world or for the hardships in our lives.

We blame parents, ex-partners, governments, media, the elite, the cabal, or Zionists, anyone really in positions of power, in a desperate search for the boogeyman, we believe is responsible for all the evil.

Then we cling to the fantasy or almost childish wish that if we could get rid of that one thing, that one person, that one group out there, everything will be fine.

At the same time, we still believe technology will save us. We imagine AI and robotics will usher us into a golden age of abundance. We identify with the physical body, worship youth, fear aging and death, and try to extend life with artificial means and cosmetic illusions.

But the truth is, we are living in the most extreme age of materialism, a spiritual dark age, and the forces of darkness have a strong grip because we have lost our connection to the divine. We either project human qualities onto God as a punishing or rewarding human-type figure, or we deny the divine altogether and worship the atheist materialistic mindset.

And the most cunning deception of all is that we mistake technological advancement for spiritual evolution, but our inner life has not changed much. If you look closely, it has degraded over thousands of years, but conventional history is trapped in a dense worldview of materialism and a narrow Darwinian lens.

It misses the most important factor, which is a spiritual framework for understanding humanity, history, and the evolution of consciousness. But deep in our ancient memory, we know there was once a golden age, a time of harmony and spiritual unity, and that it can also return.”

“The avoidance of suffering and the avoidance of pain and all of our feelings creates more suffering. It gets compartmentalized or stuck in the unconscious, the shadow, as Carl Jung named it, but eventually, it has to come out in some way.

Whatever we don’t feel and process in our lives can come up later in life as disease or illness. So, it’s important to feel these emotions we are afraid of feeling.

When guilt or shame comes up, whatever the emotion that we label as negative, grief, loneliness, sadness, or anger, we try to escape them through distraction, and a lot of distractions become addictions.

Any addiction is the avoidance of feeling what is; it’s a trying to escape our wounding and trauma.

There is so much more to addiction than drugs or alcohol in this day and age. Everyone is addicted to varying degrees to their cellphones and social media, which keep us headcentric and disconnected from our bodies and our emotions.”
