“A psychic attack isn’t a unique event demonstrated by practitioners of magic who understand the laws of reality. Through our own impure, crude, and selfish thoughts about others we are sending that energy out towards them and through this we may be psychically attacking others all the time.

So too, we are also receiving the energies from those who are sending their unhealed pain into the ether to be received by us when we become the object of their projections.

You can create psychic shield after psychic shield to try and protect yourself from the energies of others, but the only definite cure for these energies is compassion. Compassion for yourself and your pain, compassion for others and theirs, and compassion for the collective pain of humanity, who continue to hurt one another under the illusion of separation, not realizing that when they hurt another, they are also hurting themselves.

Compassion also doesn’t mean you practice what the Buddhists call “idiot compassion,” where you are practicing compassion without proper awareness of boundaries and taking on abuse. Compassion has many faces and doesn’t necessarily mean taking on what isn’t yours.”

“Within all religious and spiritual traditions, there’s often an emphasis on purity. You do certain practices, you meditate in a certain way, you abstain from certain things, and I do think they have their time and place.

Because we need to purify our wounds. We need to purify the blockages within our body that are in the way of our receiving God. But what I also learned [during my experience with Divine Grace] is that there’s a Will of God, a Grace of God, that overrides everything.

If we focus on maintaining what we think is purity, because we feel fundamentally shameful or unworthy, it then becomes this form of masochism in which we’re almost engaging in all these practices from the point of view that we’re not good enough.

Or we think we are just terrible people, which is a filter that will affect everything and every way that you see the world. It blocks you from even seeing the beauty in nature, the beauty in yourself, the beauty in other people, and it also blocks the love of God.

Ultimately, this Divine Grace overrides everything; it overrides our errors and our mistakes, what we think is impure, and we don’t need to earn it. It can hit you when you least expect it. It can hit you when you feel the least worthy, and that is really true unconditional love.”

“Real freedom begins within. All external striving for sovereignty, whether from self-proclaimed anarchists, voluntarists, or freedom-fighting activists, is futile if the inner nature is not transformed.

The outer always reflects the inner. Without inner change, external “freedom” inevitably collapses into new forms of tyranny and imprisonment. Gurdjieff called this the trap of the revolutionary mind.

Does this mean retreating from life, avoiding action, and meditating on a mountain top until transformation occurs? No. That counterfeit spirituality of escape is another trap, one that Sri Aurobindo warned of.

Real work demands both inner transformation and outer action. The two must unfold together, and no stage can be skipped. Humanity also exists at vastly different levels of soul embodiment and consciousness, which shapes this process with unseen karmic processes.

Outer action only carries real power when it arises from the real “I”—conscious action from Essence, not from the reactive, mechanical impulses of the wounded conditioned ego. We still have a long way to go on this pilgrimage of ascension in this Time of Transition.”

“[Some of us] have an idea that when we meditate, the heavens are going to open up and we are immediately going to have a powerful spiritual experience, I think that is actually what’s often in the way of us truly having that spiritual experience.

We have to do it for the sincere desire to know God, but also at the same time, not expecting anything to happen. Effort is still needed, we have to be receptive, we have to be sincere, we have to be faithful, but we also have to be patient.

If we’re entitled, impatient, or restless, obviously, those [traits] can be worked through with meditation, with time, but this attitude also doesn’t help, as it tends to block the action of Grace. This effort, the sincerity, and the spiritual aspiration are still necessary for most.

Even though the Grace acts spontaneously, we will experience more subtle forms of Grace through our inner sincerity and through our spiritual aspirations, and at the same time, some can receive Grace very quickly without seeming like they’ve earned it.

But I would also argue there still has to be sincerity to integrate it, because if you’ve received Grace, you can have a powerful experience, but you can easily lose the teaching of it.”

“The number one tool you need to individuate is to learn how to withdraw your projections. The most important thing to understand is that there’s usually some seed of truth that allows a projection to attach itself to someone, but our shadow tends to over exaggerate it.

So, when we tend to exaggerate and inflate things and only see a person in a one-dimensional way, we can almost be sure we’re projecting. Carl Jung summarizes it in this beautiful quote: “A man’s hatred is always concentrated on the thing that makes him conscious of his bad qualities.”

Projection is something that you get used to engaging with, and there is gold on the other side, even though it’s uncomfortable, when you begin to withdraw those projections.

When you withdraw your projections, you will feel more qualities of your True Self start to come back. You will literally feel more energy and more vitality because you’re no longer avoiding, repressing, and offloading parts of yourself you don’t want to see onto other people.

So our projections are how the psyche and the unconscious makes itself known to us, and they’re very valuable to work with, even if they can be very uncomfortable at first.”

“The most common entry points [for occult forces] are your unconscious blind spots. We all have our own blind spots, unconscious trauma, childhood wounding, unintegrated shadow aspects, or giving into the temptations of the lower nature, like lust, greed, and seeking power over others.

Everybody has temptations, and a lot of these are normalized nowadays. Pathology has become normalized. Any mechanical reactive behavior, where you just act out ego blind spots like pride, arrogance, self-importance, but also self-pity, victimizing yourself, and blaming others, and so forth.

Anything that gets you out of Self, your True Essence, or that gets you disembodied, where you are out of the body and in your head, can create an entry point on an energetic level. The aura creates holes, and these holes in the aura tie into soul fragmentation, and that’s where these forces easily come in.

These occult forces exaggerate all the issues you’re already dealing with and take them to another level, and this is how we can easily be manipulated.”

“Quantum physics has empirically shown that there’s no objective universe, and the act of observing actually creates the universe observed, which is very much like a dream. And Wetiko works through the projective tendencies of the mind because we’re always projecting onto the inkblot of the waking dream.

And one way of understanding Wetiko is to imagine this kitten, she’s looking in this mirror, and she sees her reflection, but she thinks that the reflection is a separate kitten, so she reacts to the reflection as if it’s a separate, objective kitten.

Then, of course, the mirror just reflects that back, and she then reacts to that; she’s just reacting to her own projection. That’s one way of describing Wetiko: it entrances us, it hypnotizes us in such a way that we become entranced by our own projections, thinking they’re actually objective.

So that’s why quantum physics is coming in, saying, look, just take a look here. There is nothing objective. In quantum physics, they basically discovered that the way we set up the experiment, the questions we ask, and how we interpret the data actually result in the answer we get back.

The way we’re actually observing is creative. That’s a mind blower. We’re at the foothills of the Himalayas as a species of first taking in the quantum gnosis.”

“The Law of Seven explains why so many people start the work, be it shadow work, meditation, trauma work, healing, whatever it is, with real sincerity, only to hit a wall or to slowly drift off, or self-sabotage, and quietly abandon the process altogether.

The structure behind the Law of Seven follows a musical principle, which is why it’s also called the Law of Octaves. Think of a musical scale and the seven notes do, re, mi, fa, so, la, si. That’s a complete octave.

But what’s not commonly known is that within that octave, the Law of Seven, there are two specific intervals, and these are points where the process doesn’t automatically continue on its own.

That means you need to inject new energy in forms of effort or awareness, or the whole thing will just falter, collapse, or reverse itself. According to the Law of Seven, these intervals are where the real test begins, so to speak, because this is where the energy naturally drops and resistance begins to intensify.

If a conscious shock, which is a deliberate effort or a moment of presence, a sincere recommitment isn’t applied at these points, the process will either deviate from its original direction, become stagnant, or mechanical. That’s when people feel stuck.

Or it can even reverse and regress into its opposite, when people completely fall back into sleep in the matrix. That’s why spiritual inspiration can turn into apathy, why deep insight can become dogma, why practices that once felt alive and life-changing start to feel dry and lifeless.

Also, in relationships, that’s why they drift into unconscious patterns and get mistaken for love, like codependency. And most importantly, this is why people abandon the very work that could have transformed them, often without realizing it.”

Wise words from an old friend who recently transitioned. From the short time I have gotten to know him, I can say that he lived this incarnation with authentic commitment, aligned with his dharma and purpose:

"We are not a helpless victim of our circumstances. We all have within us the power to make that to which we are committed happen.

When we have circumstantial reasons why we could not keep our commitment, usually it is because our commitment was not authentic.

We manifest our commitment if it is authentic. Therefore, when we want to know what a person is truly committed to, what we need to do is to look at his/her action and result, not what he/she says.

Inauthentic commitment comes from your mind, your socially conditioned mind. Living your life with the pretense of inauthentic commitment is a form of deception and irresponsibility.

Your conditioned mind thinks that you should be committed to something worthy or good to prove your self-worth. The idea of doing something great or participating in some good cause makes you feel worthy and therefore you think that you should do it.

Nothing that is intended to make you feel worthy or good is ever a genuine commitment coming from your heart and soul. True commitment has nothing to do with proving your worth, greatness, goodness, or virtue.

Authentic commitment is the creative expression of who you are—i.e., your authentic self. When you are truly committed, you will never try to prove how worthy, good, or great you are but will be moved from within to creatively express your soul’s passion and your heart’s love."
