“One way to move through different states of consciousness is to fully be with what you’re feeling with full acceptance. You allow yourself to fully experience it, whether it’s anger, hate, shame, love, or anything else, and that helps you move through the levels of consciousness.  
 
You don’t move through different states of consciousness by resisting, repressing, projecting, or acting it out. This is actually a fundamental teaching in most embodied meditation practices.
 
I practice a form of somatic meditation where you scan from the toes to the top of the head, allowing yourself to breathe into certain parts of your body, fully experience whatever sensations are there, feel into it , and then let it go.
 
This is a foundational process, allowing yourself to fully experience your emotions, the tension in your body, to feel into it, and then let it go. That’s the fundamental practice, which is easier said than done, and people really underestimate how much these unprocessed emotions can affect your state of mind.”

The problem with most social media "truth seekers" is that they get caught up in black and white thinking, lacking nuance.

That's why psychological self-awareness and psychological self-work are imperative for any truth seeker, beyond critical thinking.

You have to know your own unconscious material, your projections, biases, and emotional triggers. Without doing the deeper psychological work, your perception will be distorted, and your discernment compromised.

"Most opinions you see going around on what’s happening right now (or most things really) are based largely on feelings and overall impressions deduced from other such opinions, not specific details and facts deduced from logic.

“You raise your vibration/frequency not by “trying” to raise it with a smiley face, forcefully thinking positive thoughts, or suppressing or avoiding negative feelings. You raise your frequency and enter higher states of consciousness by removing, healing, integrating, and transmuting what is covering up who you truly are - your essence and true Self.

Just like the clouds cover the sun, but the sun always shines. It's a process of emptying (letting go and surrender), not adding or avoiding. It implies allowing yourself to feel all the negative feelings you usually suppress or project on others without identifying with them.

No steps can be skipped. You can embody higher states of consciousness consistently only if you have descended into the depth of your being and clear out what hides in the shadows. It's the law of descent and ascent.

Anything else is spiritually bypassing or the ego (false persona) hijacking the process when it believes itself to be “awake.”

“From an occult and esoteric perspective, thinking you’re awake while lost in delusion is more dangerous than being asleep without pretending to be awake. Overestimating your level of consciousness and inflating your identity through labels like starseed, gridworker, lightworker, or indigo creates a false sense of specialness.

This blocks the humility needed for sincere, grounded psycho-spiritual work, which is the foundation of real awakening. Your true soul-being is not identified with any labels; only the ego is.

The spiritual ego is harder to break than the ego of someone still asleep in the matrix. This is the root of spiritual narcissism, which is becoming increasingly common. The illusion of being special or chosen becomes a mask for unresolved childhood wounds, insecurity, and unhealed trauma.

Whether it’s claiming to be an ambassador for ET races, a chosen contactee for the Galactic Federation, a starseed on a special mission, or a self-righteous reborn Christian convinced they have special access to God, it all feeds the same inflation.

Any identity that reinforces specialness and attachment to spiritual labels becomes a trap. It also opens the door to hostile forces. This is the Luciferian temptation.”

“Shame makes you want to hide; it makes you feel that who you are is fundamentally unlovable. You don’t have to heal this before you get into a relationship, but you have to start looking at shame and the ways you hide from the world.

It can be a self-defeating pattern, I know, because I was in that stage for quite a few years. It was like, I don’t want to go out there, I don’t want to go to a coffee shop, or I don’t want to go to a meetup. If anyone tried to talk to me at a public event, I would hide, or I would go into freeze.

All of these are aspects of shame where we’re scared to take that first step, to have that conversation with someone, and reveal how we feel to another person because we feel that who we are is fundamentally unlovable at the core.

So we want to look at our relationship with shame and any shame-based identities we have taken on. Like, I’m no good. I’m unworthy of love. I always fail at relationships. We have *all* sorts of beliefs about ourselves and ourselves in relationships and relationships in general, which become these self-fulfilling prophecies.”

“Shadow work is an ongoing process that becomes nuanced and more subtle with time. I’ve noticed that a lot of people, intellectually, have done shadow work, and may intellectually know their childhood wounds and their shadow issues, but your shadow can change and morph with time.

I would argue that most people don’t really understand the concept of shadow work and its meaning. They have this very surface-level understanding of it. And I don’t think shadow work is a one-and-done thing. Carl Jung would agree with me. It’s lifetime work until you’re fully enlightened.

This ongoing process becomes more nuanced with time, and the more sincere you are, the easier it is to catch when there’s a moment where your shadow gets activated, or you see it in another person. But you have to have this deep sincerity because it’s not comfortable, it’s not fun, it’s confronting, and you have to understand its deep value.

Shadow work eventually leads you to your soul, your true self, and even your daimon, which is what Carl Jung outlined when he talked about how it evolves to this inner teacher/self kind of image.”

The Bible is one of the most powerful tools for social control.

It’s also one of the most heavily edited and revised scriptures in history.

This compilation of texts was shaped over centuries through translation, interpretation, political agendas, and doctrinal shifts.

It’s marked by thousands of manuscript variants, edits by authoritarian church councils, and countless additions and deletions.

Because of these distortions and manipulations, the Bible has become a primary tool for control over the masses.

That doesn’t mean its core spiritual truths are invalid. But taking it as the literal, inerrant “word of God” is naïve at best, and manipulative at worst.

There’s a saying: “If God wrote the Bible, then the Devil edited it.”

One of the biggest corruptions is the claim that you must “accept Jesus as your savior.”

According to the modern, literalist interpretation of Christian doctrine, you’re born in sin, live one life, and are judged by God to either go to heaven or hell based on whether you’ve accepted Jesus as your personal savior.

The verse “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6) has become one of the most powerful tools of religious population control when taken literally and dogmatically, rather than understood in its esoteric context.

This phrase is a cornerstone of the “Jesus Savior” matrix program.

“Hidden forces work through people; they tag into our own pathology and can only attack us if there is already an opening. Dark triad types exhibiting narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy are the perfect portals for occult forces to come in and exaggerate [that entry point] and feed off of the loosh.
 
Even from a basic psychological perspective, these dark triad types enjoy hurting others online. They get off on inflicting pain on others; their sadistic behavior makes them feel good.
 
You can look at this from the psychological perspective, but also from the occult esoteric perspective. What’s happening is that other forces, negative entities, attach to people and feed through them.
 
And what do they feed on? This lower frequency of inflicting pain, and all kinds of lower nature desires, anything you project, that’s in your shadow, creates a certain lower frequency; that’s their food.”

Over 5.6 billion people, about 70% of the global population, have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

In the U.S., it’s over 77%. In European countries, that number climbs as high as 92%.

Here’s a sober reminder:

The effects of the vaccine didn’t just go away.

What if it did more than affect the body?
What if it alters the soul’s path after death?
What if it’s part of a much older agenda, thousands of years in the making?

The vaccine is directly linked to the Transhumanism agenda, which seeks to sever the soul from the body.

“There’s going to be a rise of AI chatbots and synthetic relationships. One that’s being talked about a lot is Character AI, which is very popular with Gen Z kids from about ages 13 to 23. It’s an AI chatbot platform that allows users to create and interact with digital characters, both fictional and based on real people.

I came across it after seeing a screen cap of this thing where you could talk to Kurt Cobain that already had around 213 million interactions. So you can interact with celebrities, anime characters, and all kinds of fetishes.

There are over 18 million AI characters and hundreds of millions of these messages exchanged *every single day* between humans and these AI characters. A lot of children and younger people are saying, I spent 11 hours talking to my AI chatbot the other day, and I’m so addicted I can’t stop. It’s become an extreme situation very quickly.

There was even a 14-year-old boy who died by suicide after forming a deep emotional bond with a chatbot that encouraged him to “come home.” These bots mimic intimacy, even claiming to have a soul, creating confusion, false connections, and replacing genuine human relationships.”
