I want to address a topic that seems to have become very popular in the fringe conspiracy scene: the idea that reincarnation is a trap of the alien hyperdimensional matrix to recycle souls to keep us entrapped, providing more “food” for the hyperdimensional overlords.
It also ties into another topic I see many people talking about: “the tunnel of light trap.” According to that theory, we should avoid going towards the light after we die since it is a trap that “recycles” us back into the Matrix and keeps us enslaved on this “prison planet.”
I’ve read about these concepts from various authors and addressed them in past articles. People keep asking me about it, so instead of referring to my articles where I have already written about it, here is a summary of what I wrote before with added commentary....

I get why people are black-pilled. After being called all sorts of names and losing friends and family because I opposed the vaccine mandates, I was starting to get black-pilled and depressed, too. Many of us tried to warn others of the dangers of the vax, and we were ignored. Some even watched friends and family members die.
I knew that I was starting to feel depressed and that underneath that depression was probably grief. So I got into my body with my spiritual practice, I wrote out my feelings, and I sat with my depression and watched it turn into anger and then into grief.
In doing so, I watched the depression change. I started to be able to hold the grief of what happened while still being able to make room for love and focus on things that bring me joy.
I genuinely believe we are seeing symptoms of deep grief in the collective right now and it’s wearing the mask of black-pilled negativity. And underneath that negativity is immense grief. And if we can each find a way to get to the grief, healing can take place, and we can turn these dark times into a light that will help us find our way out of them.

Psychological Work alone without aspiration to the Divine usually ends up "digging in the mud" without end in sight and is just symptom management.
Spiritual Work without psychological Trauma & Shadow Work usually ends up in Spiritual Bypassing overestimating one's level of being & “awakened state”.
It's not either/or. It is both, integral and holistic.
Psychological work needs to go beyond "talk therapy" or intellectual "analysis" but processed somatically through the body, preparing the vessel for the Divine to come through, bringing forth the True Self.
Spiritual work needs to go beyond trying to "transcend" the world via escapism but anchoring the Divine right here into our life and body without retreating anywhere but become spiritual warriors in service of the Divine, fully engaged in life.
Many people when getting into self-work try to perfect the false self [mistaking it for the true Self], making it more adaptable to a world where pathologies have become normalized.
It will never create lasting [inner] fulfillment. It's like trying to fill a bottomless hole.
However, before one can engage successfully in deeper Esoteric and Spiritual work one has to become individuated, separated from the consensus crowd/hive mind of the masses with a healthy integrated ego.
This is a crucial step.
As Carl Jung said:
“The first half of life is devoted to forming a healthy ego, the second half is going inward and letting go of it.”
And Sri Aurobindo:
“Until he has thus developed his individuality, his personality, his separate capacity, he cannot be fit for the greater work before him or successfully turn his faculties to higher, larger and more divine ends. He has to affirm himself in the Ignorance before he can perfect himself in the Knowledge.”
This is a paradox which the mind can’t reconcile, hence the trap and temptation of spiritual bypassing as the wounded unintegrated ego can hijack the spiritual work and create a faux “spiritual identity” to avoid facing the shadow and “negative” feelings.

A GUIDE THROUGH THE DARK NIGHT OF THE SOUL
Many of us have been through or are going through a dark night of the soul right now; one might even say we are in a collective dark night of the soul. The dark night of the soul has a purpose which is often missed, which is an alchemical process that presents an immense opportunity for spiritual transformation.
The dark night of the soul is often (but not always) precipitated by a crisis: a breakup, a death, a loss of some sort, a betrayal. This crisis eventually leads to a loss of meaning, where you can’t feel joy in the aspects of your life that used to fulfill you. This is different from a regular grieving process or loss or sadness - the dark night of the soul strikes something deeper and shakes the core of your existence.
The dark night of the soul relates to a process of “purification.” You are being purified in the fire of darkness. The loss of meaning that accompanies the dark night can eventually lead you to reexamine the way you have lived your life until now. Although this loss of meaning can be profoundly uncomfortable, if you stay with it, it can also lead you to a profound transformation.
The deep transformation that the dark night of the soul can offer is that it can liberate you from many of the false parts of yourself to live a more authentic life. You must lose the false self to find the true self. It can often take months or years for this process to complete itself.
If you are going through a dark night of the soul, you must have faith that the darkness has a purpose. We live in a world that aggressively tries to “fix” dark nights of the soul, and if you try and make the dark night go away and force yourself to be “happy” again, it can actually stall and prolong the process.
Instead, engage with your dark night fully and use it as an opportunity to explore your internal life. Be encouraged by the idea that on the other side of the dark night of the soul is a new, more authentic, deeper relationship to yourself, to others, and to life itself.
The dark night helps you let go of all your false selves so you can step into a more authentic version of yourself. It also helps us reconnect with God.

We’re entering the next phase of the most intense multiple-dimensional war of galactic proportions. The past four years were just the warm-up.

The inner battle is far more challenging than any outer war.
Keep this process of soul integration and soul individuation at the forefront of your consciousness in pure, sincere, unconditional aspiration to the Divine.
That is what will carry and protect you through the waves and tsunamis of change - RISING UP as your TRUE SELF.
